    This review is in respect of the restaurant… an exceptional oasis of tranquility with a lunch menu that was imaginative, fresh ingredients beautifully prepared and presented. Good service and have no hesitation in recommending and were I to return to Orihuela, would not hesitate to return.

    The hotel was very clean and tidy, it’s positioned very centrally in Orihuela, close to many restaurants and cafes.The staff were very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately it was only for 1 night because we needed to do banking business in the local area.

    Stayed here 15/11/22 as we were going to a show at a rock club.This is a lovely hotel with helpful staff.We also had a meal at the hotel which was beautiful.The town of Orihuela is stunning. I can’t wait to return and I’ll definitely book this hotel again,Muchas gracias

    It would have stairs, but I've downgraded it because we couldn't get the aircon to work, we only stayed one night, and didn't discover the problem until late in the evening.Apart from that everything was good from our reception until breakfast in the morning, perfect location to see the wonderful churches and other historic buildings,Parking like any other town is an issue we parked on a nearby underground park, but whilst wandering about the town we did find on street free parking

    The worst customer service experience I have ever received for a 4 star hotel. I reserved the master suite for three nights for my wedding and my room lost power twice including the morning of my wedding) the electricity was working in the other rooms). The receptionist spoke awfully to me when I expressed concerns about not being able to get ready for my wedding. I was spoken to very badly upon checking out despite having paid for a master suite for 3 nights without full electricity. If you do not know how to work in customer service and provide a positive experience for your guests, don’t work at a hotel.
