  No mobility scooters.

  Not at all suitable for people who need mobility help, you are not allowed a mobility scooter on the grounds, you have to park down the street then walk.If you have mini scooter you can get into the door ways of your room you may be ok. If they don't see you.

  Using Booking.com, I booked Torremar Alquilevante apartment D floor 12. After booking confirmed and if I cancelled would have to the full amount I started to receive details from the proprietors of the apartment. On arrival I would have to collect keys a twenty minute walk from apartment between the hours 12pm to 2pmonly. As I wouldn’t arrive till late evening I had to pay a further 10 euro for the keys to be put in a safety deposit box again a 20 min walk away.Getting into apartment about 11pm There was no toilet paper, No soaps, no bottled water,the batteries in tv remote were dead, had to wait 40min for water to heat up after one shower. The air con doesn’t blow warm, over a five day stay the towels were never changed. No Wi-Fi. The good thing about this apartment was it was clean and tidy and in a good location.Good enough for 1 to 2 people. This review doesn’t apply to all in this building. I would book this building again but certainly not this apartment.

  Booked these apts for a week 16th March. Had heard good things, location was perfect for us. The Corona lockdown began on 13th March in Benidorm, our flights were cancelled. We managed to change our flights to Nov Fiesta week and contacted apt to ask if they could move our dates to then too. We were told no. We asked what the refund policy was as we obviously couldn't go and were told that as the apt was still available there would be no refund. Thanks for nothing Torremar.

  A nice tidy apartment situated above Uncle peds bar. Easily enough space for 2 but there is a fold out couch that's decent enough size for another couple. We stayed at 14b for a week and it was fine. The one thing we did have a problem with is that our boiler broke, so no hot water until it was replaced, which took 3 days hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

  went to see a flat in torremar ,booked i5 for a month next year, view from balcony fantastic 1 bedroom had a sofa bed in lounge tv but no wifi unless you know the guy who owns it like we do so looking farward to next year
