Perfect spot for a relaxing trip

We stayed at Hotel Cetina Palacio Ayala Berganza in July 2026 for two nights and it was amazing - the hotel was in a great location to walk to town and to the aqueduct and yet it was tucked away in a quiet street. Our room was huge and had everything we needed - in the three weeks we were traveling I think we got the best night's sleep here. Breakfast was lovely - many selections including Champagne for mimosas!! I feel that 2 nights was not enough as we'd have liked more time to enjoy the hotel. We will likely be back! Beautiful, comfortable room. Attention to detail with fresh water daily, towels, and even straighteners.Tucked down a side street but minutes away from the high street. Lovely views, helpful staff with recommendations and booking taxis. A fantastic find, would definitely return. Scam. Overpriced, overrated. To avoid

I recently stayed at Cetina Palacio Ayala Segovia and it was a huge disappointment. This place is completely overrated and absurdly overpriced for what it offers. The rooms look nothing like the photos, and are very far away from a boutique hotel. It's just an old, uncomfortable hotel with several flights of stairs to reach the rooms. Rooms are also unrenovated and uncomfortable. It honestly feels like a tourist trap designed to take advantage of visitors. For the price they charge, you’d expect quality and professionalism, but instead it feels like a total scam. Both management of the hotel as well as of the group lack of professionalism. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. Beautiful hotel with lovely cheese bar

Stayed in a three person room which was very spacious. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast spread had a lot of variety including a big selection of fruits and pastries. Had wine and a cheese board on our first night. Server explained the cheese selection and gave tips for eating order. Easy walk to shops and restaurants but tucked away from the noise of other parts of the city. Can’t wait to stay here again. Lovely, cozy place with great atmosphere and decor. Huge bathroom space with lots of amenities and really comfortable beds too. Loved the location and found it very convenient when sightseeing.
