Location

This attractive apartment complex is located within metres of the sea and the nearest beautiful sandy beach. Public transport is located just a stone's throw away and a good selection of shops, countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found close by. The town centre is within easy walking distance of the hotel where many more entertainment venues are situated.

Facility

192 apartments are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. A minibar is provided. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, horse riding, canoeing, a spa, a solarium and hiking.

    Excellent 2 bedroom apartment with views to harbour and large balcony. Couldn't fault a thing....good quality furniture and comfy beds. English tv channels. Great location for bus and walking either beaches.Good customer service from local agent. Stayed for almost a month and we will be back.

    Beautiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms. Amazing balcony with views of the harbour plus near to bus stops.Good quality furniture and comfy king size bed....2 bathrooms as well. The agency was on hand with any problems. Stayed for almost a month and will be back.

    Very good stay which I and we enjoyed in this house and apartment. Good views of Cape Rock and a walk down to the beach to sunbathe and then walk along the beach.We would love to go back there and enjoy the place and the beach again and again. Thanks to apartment owner that give this opportunity to be here. Thanks.

    We rented a private 6th floor apartment overlooking the Il Frach mountain pools and port the view from our balcony was fantastic The whole apartment block is spotless and safe with excellent security with cctv and everywhere is operated by fob keys We had a really peaceful relaxed and trouble free holiday in a clean attractive environment Just what the doctor ordered 👍😉

    This Holiday was horrible ..upon arrival the Transfer bus driver (who couldn't speak English) shouted & kicked us off bus about 400m from hotel even though we had told OTB via we required assistance as my husband is disabled .. Access to the complex was difficult initially there was no-one to give us keys and eventually a resident called someone who came & let us in although we found that we couldn't go out at the same time as electronic entry through 3 doors was temperamental and didn't always work... After 10 days we found that the main reception was at TURMALINA APTS address below we went and asked for our transfer pick-up location (as we knew the bus wouldn't come to us) we were told we could just leave apt on last day and leave key... What about €100 deposit the guy obviously wanted to keep it ...there's a scam here Turmalina Apts Av. Juan Carlos I, 26, 03710 Calpe, Alicante, Spain also be aware that these apts are quiet and some are residential with Spanish owners so not ideal for holidaymakers The worst holiday we've had I'm 40 yrs visitng Spain... Shame on you
