  I am writing to complain about our stay at this property. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The entire facility is in need of significant renovation, improved soundproofing, and updated room equipment and furnishings.The two rooms we were assigned were unbearable due to constant noise from adjacent rooms. The lack of proper sound insulation made it impossible to rest comfortably. As a result, we were forced to check out after only two nights, despite having booked and paid for a seven-night stay.Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

  Verry old, unrenovated, dirty, awful! Unbearable heat in the room, the air conditioner is an old grinder(can not used).

  Verry, verry bad and nasty experience! The hotel cannot be classified! Not even 1 star!!! Should be closed! If you want to wash on the floor(samething normal I think) you have to pay extra. If you want to check - in befor 3pm they tell you to pay another 20$(without a receipt) but you actually pay 40$.Verry,verru bad experience! I do not recommend. Run away from this hotel! It is an infection!!!

  I booked this hotel in mid April for one night in June 2024. Within 30 mins of booking the reservation, I went back online to THE HOTEL website and canceled my reservation, with in the cancelation policy. They had already charged my card and within 2 weeks I had NOT been credited. I tried calling the hotel with no answers and then messaged back and forth with “we will take care of that credit”. After another week, still no credit. I filed a dispute with my CC company and the case was just closed today! The hotel NEVER responded to the credit company either so the CC made my dispute credit permeant. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! Not even sure it’s still a functioning hotel, just crooks taking your money!

  Myself & mate as just got back home from our holiday wow Miami was awesome so enjoyed it starlight was a perfect location right outside south beach walking distance the hotel was fab great company service. Rooms could had been abit better needs a face-lift but had wot we needed for us to stay Would also want to Thanks Patty she was brilliant towards myself & mate we are greatful fir all tge advice & tips
