A great hotel. It is centrally located, the rooms are equipped with what you need and the staff is very friendly. Being my husband's birthday, we also received a complementary bottle of wine with a nice message. I am also glad that the hotel can store luggage if needed at check out. The breakfast contains many options. Just a suggestion for the privilege room, where the mini bar is included in the price, it would be great to have a diversity of the products in the mini bar (e.g. other brands of juices on different days maybe, or to include also beer, snacks/sweets). As a conclusion, I do recommend this hotel for a nice stay. Cozy hotel, friendly & kind staff

Perfect location down town. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. From the moment we entered the hotel, the receptionist, Richard, was vey kind, helpful & made us feel welcome. We booked a privileged room, which was quite big and also had mini bar soft drinks for free! All the bathroom amenities were covered, including hair conditioner & body lotion. The price was more than reasonable. Super clean and very attention to detail by staff. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was very kind and helpful - especially Veronica & Zerrin, and as an added bonus they made for us fresh juice with fruits & vegetables of our choice. All in all, a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back here next time in Vienna! We already suggested it to our friends! Nice hotel and very good breakfast. We travelled with my elderly father and we got a room upgrade so that we could have adjacent rooms which was really appreciated. The pillows were a bit too soft but we were immediately given extra pillows as soon as we asked :) Very attentive and caring staff indeed. Many thanks to Veronika, Zerrin, Koch and Suleiman.
