  Room 103

Standard room with the amenities. Room is just nice for 2 person. But the toilet bowl is set in a awkward position. I pity those large size guests. Free coffee at the lobby. Good location.

  The most rudest receptionist!

  10 Sept 2025

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of one of your receptionstaff members, Mr. Carlos, during my check-in on the evening of 26th August 2025.After completing all the necessary formalities, including payment, providing my credit carddetails, and submitting my passport information, the final step was to receive my roomkey. At that point, however, Mr. Carlos asked me to wait for five minutes so that he couldprocess the check-in of two other guests standing behind me. When I inquired why myroom key could not be handed over before attending to the other guests, he chose not torespond. This behavior was both discourteous and unprofessional, creating an unpleasant firstimpression of the hotel. I kindly request that you review the CCTV footage of the receptionarea from that evening to verify my account of the incident. As someone who has stayed in many hotels worldwide, I must emphasize that I have rarelyencountered such dismissive treatment from a hotel employee. I trust that you will lookinto this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such behavior does notrecur.
