    Wow, we had an incredible stay at Vivood. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary- and it was the perfect spot.We loved our room, one with a hot tub outside, the setting is just so beautiful. We really enjoyed our visit to the spa and the 5 senses ritual. The food was incredible, although I will say attention to allergies was much better at dinner than breakfast. At the dinners my meals were adjusted without even asking, at breakfast I was served foods I’m allergic to. I would 100% recommend though and we would go back. The walk down to the reservoir was fab - albeit quite steep on the return - we did this at 8am before it was too warm!Only other comment is that I wish one of the pools had been heated - 25degrees was a bit too cold for me, and I love swimming, so I was a little disappointed.

    What a magnificent hotel, a hideaway and paradise in the mountains with stunning views on the valley! Rooms are very comfortable all with a beautiful view, service is outstanding and the pools purely heaven!!

    Stayed here for 3nights for our daughter’s wedding. The scenery is absolutely stunning.the view from our room were amazing,waking to a Mountain View was lovely.The staff were lovely. The wedding staff couldn’t do enough for you. Drinks flowing and amazing food.A few things I did feel personally were that as a couples tranquil retreat it was great . As a pre wedding venue I felt like I was at school. Told to be quiet because 20 of us were having fun! Not very accommodating to a people request regarding the wedding party. Their response was that they had to think about all there other customers which I understand but the request was not unreasonable. I felt that the money being spent for the entire wedding a little lenience would have been nice.Do not think I would visit this hotel again as it’s a little quiet for me but worth an experience
