  Nice when u find it

  Firstly when I arrived in Calpe this place is almost impossible to find. Sherlock Holmes c wouldn’t be able to find it. I took over an hour. The reception is ,wait for it, about 1/2 a klm away and has a different name. How smart is that. Anyway having found reception I was given the key and vague directions to the property. I had to work it out for myself that a blue tab attached to the key opened the outside doors when pressed against a pad on the wall. The apartment was excellent for us Cooking facilities, fridge and a large ,12th floor,balcony with great view over the beach and sea. Comfortable and with adequate WiFi. Happy daze

  We stayed here for 10 nights, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bath and shower in the bathroom. Lovely balcony and the staff are very helpful when you check in and out.

  Myself and 9 family members have just returned from my nieces wedding in Calpe. I have to say these apartments are spotlessly clean and have lovely views and are in an ideal location. The level of security is excellent. The only fault I would have with these apartments is that the reception is not in the actual apartment complex but around the corner and there are no signs to tell you where to go to collect your key. We were nearly 20 minutes wandering around trying to find reception to get our keys. The reception is around the corner about 5 minutes walk away and is a 24 hour reception but as there are no signs on the gate it can take a while to find it. The complex needs to put up a sign in English to tell you where to find reception.

  I booked this apartment as a last minute deal and OMG I was not disappointed in the slightest. I was a solo traveller and was a little bit apprehensive when I read the (very) small print that there was no reception in the apartment block. Keys were to be collected from an agency office one block away and this made me feel a bit uneasy ...however not only was the agency staff very welcoming but the apartments were brilliant! The first thing that struck me was the level of security - 3 swipe-access-entry points before I got to the lift! My apartment was situated in block 4, and floor 5, apt B - I say this because this is the combination of the apartment number, 45B - which took a wee bit of an interesting Spanish to English translation! The entry hall, lift, corridor - all absolutley spotless. The apartment itself - spotless. The views - stunning!! Overlooking a little kiddie's leisure park but out to the sea, palm-tree lines promenade and with a clear view of the Rock of Ifach. I spent quite a long time just sitting on the large verandah taking in the vista. The apartment had electricity included , clean towels and bed linen, comfortable beds (twin beds), well stocked kitchen - basically everything you need. The area was quiet despite being on a thoroughfare and although as I said there was a kiddie's leisure area - we are talking about little rides for under 10s. It was lovely to watch young families out late at night - the area opened from around 7pm to midnight. Around the promenade, loads of nice bars and restaurants. A good easy walk into the town of Calpe, very flat. Oh and the beaches??? Superb. Overall - no negatives at all. Would definitely go back.

  Poor rooms

  The hotel is 3 star and offers a poor quality experience. The bathroom has a dirty washing machine in it and is very small. The hotel says it caters for families of 4. However the rooms are small and does not cater for more than 2 people. The pool area does not have toilet facilities. The apartments are close to the beach and that is the best thing about it. Overall a poor quality hotel.
