Location

The apartment hotel is located on the slopes of the Sierra de Bernia, overlooking the sea and the Luis Campomanes marina. Panoramic views of the bay of Altea are impressive. Calpe and Benidorm, located 11 km and 18 km respectively, offer a wide range of shops and lively nightlife. The beach is some 2.5 km away.

Facility

    A little dated but a fantastic time had

    Just arrived home from a 3 night, 4 day stay here with a few family members for our daughters 21st birthday. We had a fab time. The hotel is in need of updating it is a bit run down, but our rooms were big in size and very clean. It depends on what you are looking for. It's a cheap and cheerful hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and the food was delicious. The supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and the restaurants. It's a short ride I a taxi to the hustle and bustle. Thank you for our stay

    We book this through a travel website and not not checked the review, big mistake. Airconditioning in room has not worked in years, after 3 nights we were given a portable air conditioning unit, which on account of noise had to turn off at night.No food on offer except breakfast. Breakfast was ok 5 out of 7 days. Other days cold. Scrambled eggs could not be eaten as too hard. Selection was small. No choclate spread for children pancakes, and one morning pancakes were hard. We had not hot water for 3 days, on second day we were offered the use of a shower in another room. Not ideal. Picture that are up on the website must be of 10 years ago at least. Place is really run down now.No fire doors are kept closed. On a good note pools seem good, area around them could do with a clean. Also close to beach.Not a great hotel overall for family with young kids.Overall 2 star experience

    4 of us were meant to stay here for 6 nights. We arrived and the lady at the front desk scribbled out a €100 deposit each to €200 each. We complained and told her we’d leave and she started apologising and said it was only a joke. Do not stay here!!!

    Worst hotel of our booking from wingbuddyWe were told it is a 4 star.No bottles of water for guests in room. Had to have maintenance bring us the portable air-conditioner which was so loud couldn't sleep

    Worst Hotel We Have Ever Stayed In

    All the negatives written here is everything that we experienced. It is not a safe place to be. There are several fire code infractions. The furniture in lobby is torn & stuffing is coming out. While we were there a women had her purse stolen & police were called & said that they are there all the time. Our bus driven said the same thing. We were on a tour through Wingbuddy & they should be ashamed!! If they have a representative down there overseeing hotels that their company uses, their position with the company should be reviewed. Overall, a horrendous experience. Glad we got out safely
