Booked self catering apartment, had an injury the day before and rang to request a low level apartment and it was no issue. The apartment was equipped with enough equipment to get through, a bit of a walk from bars and restaurants as on site one has shut but we didn’t mind that. Pool was good and had lifeguards on at all time, reception helpful. Our flight didn’t land until late and the onsite reception closes at 8pm which meant we had to walk to the neighbouring sister hotel about 5 minutes away, not too much of an issue but would’ve been nice to be made aware especially as we had rang the day before due to injury and made them aware when we were landing. Cleaners came about 4 days into the 7 day stay to change towels and sheets. We did struggle to open the gates to get into our apartment block area but that might be down to us and not the gate, unsure but all in all a really good place to stay for a quiet home away from home as long as you don’t mind abut if walking to shops, bars etc (only around 10 minutes)

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights , apartments in good location nice walk to centre to bars restraunts and shops.Apartment was clean and adequate downside no kettle or toaster. Another downside we was there 4 nights never had room cleaned would have liked fresh bedding and at least clean towels , not changed in 4 days was not hygienic as it was very hot during our stay . Plus side to apartment good air conditioning and lovely view , balcony overlooked pool and kitchen window and bedroom looked onto golf course 2 swimming pools in the complex which were very refreshing and cool but not enough sunbeds for all the guests staying. Nice bar and restraunt area front of hotel and reception staff were very friendly. I Would stay again you cant complain about the apartment it's just the little extras that need to be in place, that would have made the stay perfect ...

Clean,friendly,plenty of light airy space, decor in good condition but bathroom suite tired. In some areas such as utensils,glasses a bit sparse also no t towels or washing up liquid and as we were there for just 4 nights we hadn't taken any, a basic starter pack might be an idea. Very family friendly, complex seems to be well planned. We did enjoy our short break.

great venue for peaceful time away from main resort but close enough to all that Roquestos has to offer. we take a one bed apartment, clean basis facilities. somewhere to sleep, shower etc. kitchen had kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge & cooker. We always find the whole site very acceptable. could possibly benefit from more regular reception hours. the bar/restaurant used to offer light breakfasts/ lunches with evening entertainment or occasionally a bbq. maybe these facilities are only high season.? but we will return next year for our annual holiday catchup with the local community that we now consider friends. thank you to staff for clean and comfortable stay ...we look forward to returning.

Stayed here for weekend..very basic..towels stained..shower poorly fitting..no cleaning or towel change done for the 3 days we were there. Ants everywhere in kitchen. No food served in bar..pool nice and good location but would not go back. Cheap but not cheerful.
