    Family trip, an excellent room and great service. Friendly and helpful treatment. The maintenance staff was very attentive, responding to everything we needed, as were the cleaning staff. Thank you very much for the stay; I would return on another occasion without a doubt. Special mention to the very good food and a buffet that was quite good every day.     Hello,we went to Advise Aparthotel during first week of August and faced a mix of good and bad situations.Starting with the positive (no need for much explanation):- location - very close to the beach- temperature of the water in the pool- pool with slides for both kids and adults- breakfast variety- tasty food overall- decent rooms for the price spent- the free wi-fi was a nice surprise, even thugh the signal is not very strongThe "ok" items:- the staff - we found people with a welcoming attitude, but also some staff with negative posture, not at all welcoming in the restaurant. we can understand that people have good and bad days, but one same person was constantly with a mad and bored expression when welcoming guests, and that was not good.- parking possibility, but a little expansive in my opinion- a very hot lobby due to the size of it not allowing the AC to cool it.- only one set of towels for bath. we are used to 2 sets since women often use one for the body and one for the hair.- the pools are too deep in general. even for an adult- only providing one key card at arrival (but provided a second one upon request)Now the Bad items:- Dirty glasses everytime (lipstick, stains) and also plates.- when preparing tables some staff members dropped the paper towels in the floor and just picked up and placed on the tables.- ice creams and deserts not very cold, what took quality from it- some visible lack of organisation in the restaurant staff- was the first spanish hotel where the animation team only spoke in spanish. usually we hear the instruction at least in spanish and in english- very limited activies of the animation team, and the expression "Mari" is stuck in our brains, not for a good reason- dirty sheets and cushionsin summary, an average experience.

    We are having a very relaxing holiday. The weather has been very hot. We have really enjoyed the pool area and the entertainment team have been excellent. The hotel is probably ready for a good refurbishment. Very much a Spanish family hotel.Really enjoyed the falconry evenings.

    We went to Reina in september and is was great! the hotel, the pools, the food and everyhing. the animations are mainly focus to local public and not foreigners - everything is in spanish, the only negative issue was the gym that is charged at 5€/hour and it's ver old and has broken machines.

    Spending our last week here. Very big modern hotel. The appartments are lovely and spacious with very good room service.The restaurant food is fantastic. Excellent variety of dishes for all ages. The pools are great. No sunbed nonsence, plenty of room for everyone.It is mostly Spanish patrons but the reception ladies have been very helpful translating information for us.
