Location

This apartment complex enjoys a central location, and is only separated from a long sandy beach by the promenade. The immediate vicinity offers a diverse range of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants, as well as links to public transport (around 100 m away). Malaga Airport is around 180 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 224 rooms and 222 apartments, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet gives guests many delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning. At lunch and dinner, there are plenty of tempting options at the buffet or à la carte. Lunch is also served as a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    Possibly the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in.Our original hotel closed and we were relocated here…WE WOULD NEVER HAVE CHOSEN THIS HOTELRaw meat multiple times, 80% food is inedible on the buffet layoutBroken plug sockets or coming off the wallHuge cracks up the building interior No entertainment available Not kid friendly at allFeel judged because we are English..pretty much full of Spanish nationals which is great but don’t need to make us feel like we don’t belong or uncomfortable.90% of amenities closedAvoid

    This was our second stay and we were even more impressed. Firstly, I would like to thank the wonderful staff, we have very basic Spanish so we were very appreciative of their speaking to us in English. We had a fabulous room overlooking the pools and beach, and a lovely extended balcony/terrace. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and the evening buffet was full of variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to visiting again next summer.

    The food in the buffet was bad, drinks not included, room service was bad- didn't clean cups or counter, bugs on bed, cockroaches in the room, music playing really loud at night, no kettle, don't clean under beds, no blankets- only sheets, tough beds. The only thing going for this hotel is that it looks nice outside the rooms and in the hallway. I have no idea how this place got 4 stars. Save yourself money and sleep by booking a different hotel.

    Possibly the WORST hotel I've stayed at. The buffet food was AWFUL. There were eggshells in the omelette, bones in the fish and drinks were only available at breakfast. There were cockroaches in the room. They didn't replace cups, and you had to wash them yourself. The staff were miserable and rude.We didn't get any sleep because they had bands playing really loud throughout the night on the ground floor (bear in mind we were in the highest apartment). Also, they don't clean under the bed Save yourself some money and happiness and go somewhere else.

    Super noisy. No consideration for others

    Noise and more noise. Loud dj on until 1am keeping everyone awake. Police came and shut it down.I had a 8am coach pick up and couldn't sleep at all. No way is this acceptable , and I'm not joking when I say it was like an ibiza rave, not your usual hotel entertainment.
