The complex was modernised in 2023. 85 apartments and 305 double rooms are available to guests in an 8-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, medical assistance and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (no extra charge).

Lovely sea view, but disappointing food and late pool opening

We stayed as a retired couple on half board. Our room was clean, with large, comfortable beds and a great sea view. The reception staff were friendly and spoke good English, and drinks were reasonably priced.This is a large hotel that caters well for families, with a pirate splash pool and a play area. It is opposite a lovely stretch of beach, although well away from the central part of Mojácar where we found the best bars and restaurants. There are a few small bars nearby, and a bus stop outside the hotel with a service to Mojácar Pueblo.Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The cooked breakfast items were cold and the pastries tasted stale. We had dinner at the hotel on three evenings and chose to eat out for the rest of our stay. The meal times were also too late for us.There were lots of Spanish guests, and the entertainment team spoke only Spanish during our stay, despite British and other Northern European guests also being there. This made it difficult for us to enjoy the entertainment.Our biggest disappointment was that the pool area and access to the sunbeds did not open until 10.30am. We would have liked to enjoy more of the morning by the pool, particularly as the pool itself was lovely and large.Overall, we enjoyed the comfortable room, sea view and beach location, but the food and late pool opening let the stay down. The hotel seemed better suited to families than to our preferences as a retired couple. A 5 star week's stay with weather to match. I did not any negative stuff from wedding party.

Part of a wedding group and we ended up on the 9th floor, with magnificent views.Absolutely no problem, room well cleaned every day. Service everywhere was really good, but if you are looking for a negative then the coffee machines at breakfast did not always produce good drink! What a fabulous hotel. We just booked a week away for a quick getaway and we wasn't disappointed. Great pool, great service and great location. So very clean, and the staff were wonderful. Location is great. 1 min walk to a beautiful beach. We will definitely return. Bus service right outside the hotel. Loads of places to visit. I loved this hotel. What an amazing holiday we had at hotel Best Indalo. 6 of us stayed here on the all inclusive package and I would recommend it. Food was amazing, great choice of food and the service was outstanding. Location was perfect, bus stop outside to get about but also a short walking distance to the beach and bars. Pool area was fantastic, plenty of beds so no rushing to put towels on in a morning, pool is huge and a nice temperature. Animation team were brilliant doing aqua aerobics and entertaining everyone in the day and evening.Overall this has to be my favourite hotel in Mojacar.
