Location

This debonair luxury hotel is located in the tourist centre of Mojacar, just across the promenade from the magnificent sandy beach. There is an abundance of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife in the resort's centre which is a mere 2 km away. Public transport leaves from directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2025. 426 rooms, including 15 suites and 408 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, a TV room, an alarm call service and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has 398 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There is a poolside snack bar as well. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example bocce and archery or, for a fee, golf and a putting green. Water sports on offer include aquafit or, for a fee, jet skiing and diving. Guests can choose from a wide range of indoor sporting activities, such as a gym, table tennis, darts, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards and table football. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can receive gluten-free meals upon request. Lactose-free food is also available for an additional charge. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and international brands.

    Great family hotel & facilities but far from Mojacar centre

    GOOD - gorgeous hotel newly refurbished, beautiful rooms. Smart TV log into your Netflix etc. staff are amazing. Rooms spotless and beds are lovely as are showers. We had a street view room quieter than pool view. Onsite FREE water park is fantastic if you have kids of any age, I'm almost 50 and I went on all slides many times! Canabanas are free at water park - so many loungers at main pool no crazy rush for a bed. Outdoor covered pool and 3 other pools plus swim up rooms. International guests majority Spanish. Bus opp hotel into main resort or water park/ Garrucha. If you have smaller children just go for full board options. Stirfry showcooking is tasty! Good quality food. Good coffee machines. Very safe feeling round facilities as I travelled as a single parent with one.NEGATIVES If you're British may struggle with 8pm dinner if not full board - no pool snack bar such as burgers icecream van in waterpark closed in May holidays. Far out from Mojacar strip closer to Garrucha. One very small supermarket nearby Mojacar too far to walk for little ones so need to get busy/ taxi. Laundrette in town €10 wash dry. Bus €1.20. Entertainment limited and Spainish focused as we are in Spain afterall! Buffet good quality food very limited choices and very repetitive compared to Majorca / canaries 4* hotels. No dressings for salads no starters or smoothies at breakfast. Cava provides a t breakfast daily if that's your thing!

    A nice hotel with a great garden and pool area. It's very clean with nice staff and I had a good room too.It caters more for Spanish people with the evening meal starting at 8pm although that wasn't a problem for me. The food was good but nothing to get excited about, and I found the quality of the meats at breakfast poor. Cheap reformed ham and once a week you did get Serrano.The dining room was very busy and sometimes the food was lukewarm.There were always sunbeds available and plenty of shade. The hotel is somewhat isolated and over an hour from the airport. The nearest bar is over 1k away and Garrucha 2.5k away with an hourly bus. There's not much to see in that 2.5k walk to town.Mojacar is about 5k away up a steep hill with an hourly bus. Vera is 10k away at least on the hourly bus Overall I'd recommend but you have to go half board unless you want to visit Garrucha every night. There are several nine restaurants there and a fantastic wine bar too.

    Recently renovated hotel shows it at its best. Booked bed & breakfast and restaurant had a 3 hour window and wide range of well presented food. Room was excellent as was the sea view. Staff were all pleasant and helpful and rooms were cleaned daily. Small supermarket within 50m and beach about 100m. Have already booked a return ina few weeks.     Great location for the local buses. Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Couldn't fault the hotel & the food was great. Only criticism is that the bar staff could have been a bit friendlier! And also guests are inconsiderate with their children when coming back to/leaving their rooms. Maybe the noisy families could have their own wing!
