Located directly beside Playa Serena in the tourist centre of Roquetas de Mar, this exclusive beach apartment hotel enjoys a convenient location close to shopping centres with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

Facility

294 apartments, 26 single rooms and 176 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment complex provides a TV room, a conference room and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. A garage is available for parking (for a fee).

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Some of 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The complex has 496 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. In addition, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a waterslide offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy crazy golf and archery. For a fee, golf is also available. Water sports available at the complex include water aerobics, and guests can also enjoy windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, canoeing and kayaking for an additional fee. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, darts, yoga and callisthenics or, for a fee, billiards. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras, including snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages as well.

    Lovely clean hotel, large rooms with two double beds. Rooms cleaned daily and clean towels left when needed. Good choice of food, sometimes could do with being warmer. The animation team was more towards Spanish guests. Lots of older Spanish guest staying and could be rude when queuing for food. Access to the beach for lovely walks and views. No people rushing to sun beds in morning, always able to get sun beds. More of a quieter area.

    Great location. Had a week away in May with my partner. Hotel is large and spacious rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was a little repetitive but you can always find something to eat. For what we paid as all inclusive guests it was great value for money would definitely return for a relaxing holiday.

    Firstly it is a beautiful relaxed location but nothing for English people , the hotel caters only for spanish , food , entertainment every night in spanish , mature older spanish people come here and the staff speak very little English at all , food the same every meal and luke warm , not great at all , rooms lovely and spacious and cleaned daily , the area it's self is very boring , ok if you just want to lay on beach , we were a family of 4 and kids couldn't wait to go home and we've never felt this way when on holiday, which was gutting . Some of spanish very rude. Would not return to this area again , have not enjoyed our experience 😕. Couldn't even find a restaurant that served anything kids would eat or that spoke English .     Good hotel with easy access to local bus

    Stayed here for a week in May and had a lovely relaxing time. Weather was mixed but even on wet days there is the public bus just outside the hotel and for a few Euros you can go in to Roquetas or Almeria where there is a large shopping centre. Also in Almeria is a huge, fortified, Moorish Castle. (The reason we chose the area) well worth the walk and the stairs to visitThe hotel is well staffed. Food was good. Rooms were adequate and clean. All Inclusive drinks were good and there were two queues in the bar for service AI and cash sales. There are a few bars and eateries around the hotel as well as a Spar, Chemist and China Products shop.Certainly somewhere we would consider visiting again Pilar Rios, Marketing at Hotel Best Roquetas, responded to this review Dear Brian H,Thank you for your kind words regarding your recent stay at our hotel.     The hotel it’s self is lovely , staff are ok but they do love the Spanish they never interacted with us English at all , rooms are cleaned every day and clean lovely very nice The food don’t no we’re to start firstly it’s only luke warm normally only one main meal but there are other choices as well if your a fussy eater you will struggle main dinner doesn’t open till 7.30 which I think is late we did eat out some nights as there was nothing we liked Pilar Rios, Marketing at Hotel Best Roquetas, responded to this review Dear Elaine M,Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel.
