Located directly beside Playa Serena in the tourist centre of Roquetas de Mar, this exclusive beach apartment hotel enjoys a convenient location close to shopping centres with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

294 apartments, 26 single rooms and 176 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment complex provides a TV room, a conference room and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. A garage is available for parking (for a fee).

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Some of 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The complex has 496 non-smoking rooms.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. In addition, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a waterslide offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy crazy golf and archery. For a fee, golf is also available. Water sports available at the complex include water aerobics, and guests can also enjoy windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, canoeing and kayaking for an additional fee. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, darts, yoga and callisthenics or, for a fee, billiards. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras, including snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages as well.

    Excellent location, all inclusive included Bacardi and white and red wines and cava were very nice. Plenty of choice at buffet meals and room 262 was a sea view room with great view.     We really liked this hotel. We had an apartment, room 373 with a side sea view which was fine. Our room was cleaned every day and towels replaced when we left them in the bath. We were half board, breakfast was great, dinner was fine and we always found something nice to eat. We would buy our lunch at the Spar across the road. There were plenty of Sunbeds whatever time of day we wanted to use them, and we would frequently move from bed to bed to move with the sun. The hotel is dated but for the price that we paid we were very happy, we have paid much more for hotels much worse than this one.     Don't listen too the moaners on this hotel. Just back from 2 weeks our 4th time in Roquetos and we love it. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are cleaned every day and no complaints at all. We were half board which suits us as we like the Tapas at lunchtime. Very cheap for 4 tapas and 2 drinks €12 in many bars. The choice of food in the hotel is brilliant if you cant find anything to eat there is something wrong with you. The bus stop is just outside and takes you to Almeria it takes just over an hou. The harbour is a good walk about 3 miles. There is a nature park if you leave at the back of the hotel to the right another nice walk be aware the beach in the nature park has naturists. The market on a Thursday is really good. Hire towels €10 each but you get it back when returned. Lilleys is a great bar across the road for a night cap. Any questions just ask.     Avoid unless you are Spanish. All the music and entertainment is in Sapnish The Spanish guests are so rude. The staff favour the Spanish. We heard a waitress shouting at an English woman for smoking but there were a table of Spanish men next to her all.smoking and she said nothing to them. Hotel is very old fashioned, food is repetitive. Would not return. Likewise, courtesy and respect are expectations we have of everyone, regardless of nationality. Regarding the smoking incident, our smoking policy applies equally to all guests. If you witnessed a member of our team failing to enforce it consistently, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate this during your stay. We fully respect your right to express dissatisfaction with our entertainment, food or facilities.
