Location

This holiday complex is located in the tourist centre, just 250 metres from the wonderful long sandy beach. Shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs may all be found the complex.

Facility

48 single rooms and 159 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf, paddle tennis and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking and tennis. Guests can partake in various water sports, including snorkelling and aquafit. In addition, diving is offered for a fee. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a hammam and a beauty salon. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and gluten-free meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    No fridge! first hotel I have stayed in that does not have one. I bring my own tea making facilities as I only drink tea but no fridge for milk. Very poor! Very disappointed in this hotel and only hope that reviews are taken on board I know things financially are difficult all over but people have a large choice today and will find better for their money.     Ten day stay at diverhotel

    We stayed at this hotel for ten days in June this year,really friendly,extremely clean, very Spanish which we absolutely adored,the staff really tried hard and all credit to them,they should be very proud of their hospitality,we had a bit of a hiccup on arrival, our board basis had been booked incorrectly, a chap on the desk called Fernando was so lovely and did not stop until h had it sorted, honestly we did our research, and read some not so good reviews,I would urge you to not take them to heart as we had a lovely time, and would happily return,thanks diverhotel for a great stay !!!     Fantastic hotel and the friendliest staff...only downside was the few moaning British

    Spent a week at this hotel in June with my husband and our 2 year old daughter. I found the resort to be very clean throughout. The food was delicious and plentiful at every mealtime. Wonderful staff who were polite, patient and made such a fuss of our little girl. I would like to thank all the staff on reception, the waiters, bar staff, entertainment team, cleaners and chefs for making our holiday so special. You all do a fantastic job!The only negative point of our holiday was the likes of "Shaz and Michelle" who felt the need to inform us of how disappointed they were that everyone was Spanish...really???...IN SPAIN!!!! Please do not be put off by some of the reviews below. If you do feel the need to watch English TV shows, eat English food and only speak English, please stay at home! Even my two year old was able to learn the basics so she could ask for drinks and food from the bar. I am embarrassed for those of you who do not try to speak the local language when visiting another country.     Excellent tourist hotel

    Situated at approximate 300 meters from the beach, very friendly staff. Rooms little outdated, however for 5 nights okay .Got a good bed, bathroom with bad and wc, balcony with 2 chairs and small table. The room is not large but okay.The hotel is mostly visited by Spanish guests. The garden is very nice with a a medium sized pool and enough beds many of them situated under palm trees. We stayed half-board and breakfast was perfect as well as dinner with sufficient variation.Hygiene in the hotel was outstanding. Entertainment is Spanish and dedicated to kids. It’s not allowed to put towels for reservation on sun beds before 10. O’clock , I liked that very much.     Worst holiday

    Would not recommend this hotel Room we stayed in was a family room that was supposed to suit 5 people. However no room to move cot was blocking doorway which was dangerous in event of fire.The manager told us we could squeeze past if we needed to in a very rude manner.the staff were rude and there English was very poor. Have never stayed in a hotel before were security guards had to be at the swimming pool. Made us feel concerned and worried.
