This stylish conference hotel lies less than 4 km from the town centre and just a short distance from shopping venues and bars. The nearest beach is 2 km away and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

Facility

2 suites and 98 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     An exceptional hotel with wonderful staff.

    This hotel is always exceptional and we visit very often due to its proximity to Torrecardenas hospital. In general the hotel has a great location.You can walk to the hospital or the staff will order a taxi which is about 5 euros and is there in 5 mins or less. We also walk to the Torrecardenas shopping centre which is even nearer.Similarly you can walk into the main tourist areas of the city too.The most special thing about this hotel is the staff . We are always welcomed back by reception and in the restaurant. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely professional. They can't do enough to help in any way and really put themselves out.The hotel is beautifully clean too and a real credit to everyone who works there. Another consideration is how beautiful and quiet it is inside.The centre of Almeria is very busy but you would never know once you are inside the hotel . We love love love it there. We feel really at home when we stay. Huge thank you to all the staff as ever.     This is not a 4-star hotel at all!The room furniture is old and worn out. It totally needs a deep renovation.The floor carpet in the common area has stains and smells of dust.The cleaning service is bad, I always found women’s hair in my room and in my bathroom after the daily service.To finish the nasty picture, the reservation center support is the worst I have ever experienced in my life as a customer. They don’t value at all the customer’s needs and only after a lot (literally, a lot) of insistence (almost daily calls for about a couple of weeks) I was finally able to find an agreement with them regarding an issue about my non-refundable reservation that could be easily solved in less than 5 minutes if only they had a minimum of customer caring and attention in their corporate values.This hotel should be downgraded to 2 stars.My recommendation is to stay away!

    From check in to check out we had no complaints. Lovely modern hotel with really nice spacious rooms. Staff are lovely and really friendly and helpful. Situated within a 2 minute walk of large shopping centre and restaurants and bars.
