    Good family holiday

    rating30 May 2026

As a group of friends with children we revisited this hotel after 7 years. The pool, slides, Clean hotel rooms and the good choice of all inclusive drinks and snacks for the kids were great. The food was mediocre as before but generally from a basic buffet style restaurant breakfast and lunch was fine. We chose to eat out most evenings. Brasserie Panini and La Taska were very accommodating to our group. The hotel itself has an edition of a lazy river since we were last at the hotel which was really nice. I think going so early on in the year before summer kicks in meant the hotel didn’t seem extremely busy. This brings me to the rule regarding No Ball Games in the pool. The kids were told off. One of our party did have a word with the manager who insisted it’s alwaysBeen a rule which wasn’t true as the last time we were there we had balls and inflatable’s …… so just be aware no fun in the pool 😂 we came to an arrangement that if the pool got busy the kids would get out but they weren’t causing any trouble at all.(We understood no inflatable’s) José Molina, Director General at Evenia Zoraida Park, responded to this review Dear customer,Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed our clean rooms, slides, lazy river, and the selection of inclusive snacks.Regarding the pool regulations, our staff strictly enforced the safety policy that prohibits ball games. This standard regulation is always active to guarantee the well-being of all guests, regardless of occupancy. We invite you to return to discover our new family services.Kind regards,

    Not so good experience

    rating22 May 2026

Internet don’t work in the rooms. I had to work in the lobby with all the noise.Food is really low quality and restricted to only specific hours.A/C barely cools the room. José Molina, Director General at Evenia Zoraida Park, responded to this review Dear customer,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to know that you found our lobby to be an available alternative area during your stay.Regarding the dining schedule, our restaurant operates with very wide opening hours to accommodate our guests, and we maintain standard opening periods to guarantee proper service. We will review the technical details mentioned to continue our process of continuous improvement. We invite you to return in the future to experience our newly upgraded services and installations.Kind regards,

Its a cheap hotel for poor Spanish families .

    rating14 Jan 2026

If you're a poor Spanish family with little money looking for a cheap holiday by the sea and don't care about what you eat or drink you just might like it .If however you're British that's another story ! This hotel is geared up for the Spanish only not for other Europeans.Meal times we had to queue all the time to get in to the pig pen feeding area,(some of the guests behaved like real animals) sorry I meant the restaurant. Food was very basic, bland and repetitive. No decent meat, all cheap cuts of pork and chicken mostly. Steak night was funny, it was just bone and gristle on the grille, from a cow I think ? I gave up in the end trying to eat the sh1te. Drinks( alcoholic) you have to pay for if you wanted something enjoyable to drink even though this was meant to be an all inclusive holiday. There was only one draft lager available and it was flat and rank, tasted like it was past its BBE date gave up drinking in the hotel and went else where of an evening.Swimming pools x2 are salt water, the kids pool was very yellow in colour... Enough said ! Pool area is very busy all the time and you won't get a sun lounger unless you get there in the very early hours of the morning before the sun comes up, I'm not joking !On the whole staff were ok but most of them seemed over worked and stressed out with too many guests to deal with as the hotel was full up.Our room was ok and clean(only one English speaking TV channel not working ?), everything worked in the bathroom . The women who cleaned our room were very good and friendly and the bed was very comfortable & clean, no complaints there. Sorry, but this is the only positive thing I can say about zoo/hotel.Entertainment was crap, nothing for the adults to do, all geared towards the kids.To conclude, it is what it is a very cheap hotel for local Spanish families on a budget. How Tui can say this is 4 star is a joke, it's hardly 2 star in my opinion from what I experienced after 2 week stay in a dreadful holiday location.Don't go there and don't believe the bullsh1t holiday reps say about this hotel... It's sh1te ! José Molina, Director General at Evenia Zoraida Park, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for your time and for highlighting the cleanliness of our rooms and the kindness of our housekeeping staff. While we analyze all feedback objectively, we find your derogatory comments regarding the nationality and economic status of our guests deeply inappropriate; respect is a fundamental value in our resort. We invite you to return to experience our newly upgraded leisure facilities and premium services designed for all our visitors.Kind regards,

Don't forget to pack your earplugs!!!

    rating02 Oct 2025

If you like to spend your well earned holiday with clients who are rowdy, loud and inconsiderate then Evenia Zoraida Park is the place for you.The hotel, rooms, food, drinks and amenities are all good but finding a quiet corner to sit and relax is impossible. The pools and sunbed areas are well laid out and well suited for all ages to have a splashing 💦 time.We are here at the moment and can't wait for our return flight home. It is a Spanish family resort, but we thought the majority of children would now be in school. Not so, the place is teeming with children of all ages and very unruly behaviour. As the week has progressed, the noise level has intensified and there is no off button. The staff are very hard working and generally polite and efficient, but they also seem to be worn down by the high volume of pushy and greedy clients.I had read the reviews before booking this trip and thought they were probably a bit harsh....I was mistaken the majority are very accurate. We will only book adults only hotels in the future. José Molina, Director General at Evenia Zoraida Park, responded to this review Dear Customer,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, especially after five years of choosing our resort. We're very happy you still consider the hotel a marvel, and that you appreciate the quality of the food and the premium-brand drinks. We sincerely regret the negative experience you describe with the waitress; while our staff strives for excellent service, we will review this matter to ensure all team members uphold our standards of courtesy. We understand your discomfort regarding the behavior of some guests, but we assure you that our commitment is to respect the rules of coexistence for all. We sincerely hope you will reconsider your decision and visit us next year to enjoy the improvements we'll introduce.Kind regards,
