    I stayed one night here to meet a local friend. I got to my room for leaving my bag and my friend went with me, cause we planned to eat in the hotel restaurant together. But when arriving to the room the phone rang immediately, it was the lady at the front desk. She was very rude and asked my friend to leave right away. That it was threir policy with no guests at the room. This has never happend me before, and I find it very strange to not even be visiting the room for a hotel guest. We went down to the reception, and tve lady was continue to be rude to us. So we went to another restaurant for sure!Never going back here….

    Stayed at the hotel Victoria in Gran Canaria in March 2019 . Our stay at this hotel was an amazing holiday . The food Was was brilliant something for everyone . The rooms were loverly and clean and spacious and modern. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble for them , the outside eating restaurant was loverly steaks chicken or burgers with chips or salad all cooked and prepared fresh . Outside pools and sun beds and bar all excellent. Met some really nice other guests who we still are in contact with . Can’t wait till November the 21st 2019 we will be Back There again this yr . If you want an excellent holiday with Excellent food and accommodation with amazing hotel staff then stay at the Victoria you will not be disappointed That’s why we are heading back again . See you soon Hotel Victoria Gran Canaria . Cant wait 👍..

    One over night stay in this hotel- fantastic roof terrace- excellent parking for the car- receptionist poor- did not ask us re our room or stay , she said nothing- room adequate- no extra pillows or blankets in the cupboard- situation excellentPrice for this hotel is fair

    Our room was nice enough and was typical of a modern hotel. It was clean and not falling apart. Not sure it is a 4* . The menu is not in English and no one speaks English to translate it. However as long as you have google translator you can get by and order some really nice food. The gym roof bar etc was closed whilst we were there. But it was well made up for by the amazing resteraunt and bar staff. The Romanian waitress and young man who served us were fantastic with a great sense of humour although we couldnt speak much spanish and ther English was limited we still had a great time chatting and lauging with them. The key in this situation is not to take yourself too seriously and try the language they appreciate it and will reciprocate with their limited English which makes for great fun.

    El Ejido would not really be a tourist town although it can be busy in summer due to proximity to beaches.Hotel Victoria is really the only hotel in the town itself and is really good.Easy to find and free parking nearby is not a problem..Modern comfortable bedrooms, friendly helpful staff.
