We found out that there were Road works right outside our bedroom

We were told of the Road works AFTER we booked and paid for the flat. Furthermore we couldn’t access the pool as there was a private party

The flat we stayed in is absolutely stunning and centrally located. Very reasonably priced but we are probably not in full season yet. Highly recommend

Very spacious apartment

Lovely central apartment. Lifts and a bar on the roof with great views. Also a pool on the roof which was excellent. I went in each morning of my stay at the end of April and had it to myself each morning. Residents area on the roof top too with comfy chairs as well as a bar. Apartment is spacious and as described apart from the lack of loungers on the balcony. Clean and spacious. We were there during the blackout in Spain and Portugal which meant the lifts stopped working along with all power and WiFi. Also no water either during that 13 hours of the blackout. Lovely apartment though and would book again.

Beautiful apartment but poor night's sleep

The apartment is amazingly situated in Almeria city centre. Really convenient for everything. Fixtures and fittings are great quality. Really big bed - nice and comfortable.Our apartment was on the 1st floor so had two sets of doors. Friday and Saturday are busy nights in the city, but these doors did nothing to block out the noise. For the location, they really need to be triple glazed to ensure residents can try and get some sleep away from revellers, the street sweeper and the lottery man on the street below.The terrace upstairs has a separate lift for residents, but gets really busy so patience is needed to get a drink. The parking was easy to arrange and very reasonably priced so do book it. Just need sharp eyes to see the sign for pull in.Probably wouldn't stay on our next trip to Almeria as really do need some sleep.

It’s really great …..

Location is amazing and the parking is also really safe and private. Apartments are trendy with modern contemporary feel. Ceilings are 2 meters (14 feet) tall and very Airey feel. Great to be able to use a washer dryer half way thru a road trip as it cuts down on baggage. Bar on the roof is trendy and chic. However - don’t agree with them sending the public guests through the hotel to exit - defeats the security aspect completely and it’s annoying to hear a bunch of drunks rolling through the hotel at closing time. Aside from that it’s highly recommended.
