Location

This hotel is located at the end of a beach promenade, in a relaxing and peaceful neighbourhood, directly next to the sea. The centre is only a 15 minutes walk from the hotel (450 metres). Links to the public transport network are located just 100 metres from the hotel; restaurants and bars are slightly further away and the nearest shopping venues and nightclubs are 800 metres from the hotel.

Facility

5 suites and 362 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     We weren’t impressed with the area quite run down outside of the hotel and many places not open yet.Hotel had great food and very clean but rooms were basic and in need of some tlc. Along with hallways and stairs that need works and tlc… No kettle in room Two days we had to pay for loungers on the beach as not space anywhere around the pool. 9am towels all saved on loungers even though it states people aren’t to do it.Hotel evening entertainment was repetitive.

    Similar to other reviewers we were concerned about what we were going to turn up to, needless to say we should of ignored the bad reviews as the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and happy to help, yes some waiters spoke little English, but you are in Spain, embrace it :) We really enjoyed the food, it was delicious and lots of choice. We particularly enjoyed the fresh grilled chicken and pizzas, and desserts were so good too. We also enjoyed the Japanese à la carte, though did feel this experience could have been made a little more special in the small details - but no biggy! Lots of high chairs and very family friendly too.We stayed as a family, in a sea view room with two double beds, which could have been a little bigger but really how much time do you spend in a room at the end of the day! The travel cot was a great size and comfortable for our baby. The view from the balcony was beautiful and I am glad we paid to upgrade to the sea view room. My son loved the water slides in the children’s pool, which was warmer than the other pools due to being shallow. This was great as we didn’t have to worry about him ending up in the “deep end”. We went to the mini disco a couple of times, unfortunately the timing of it (before dinner) didn’t always work out as we like to enjoy the last of the days sunshine. If you have children, one thing to note is that dinner doesn’t start until 7.30pm - again very reflective of Spanish culture so we just embraced it!Of course there are certain areas for improvement, however for us we felt the hotel was not able to cope with significant numbers of people turning up, such as putting out more sunbeds, enforcing no towel reservations, quicker service for entrance at the restaurant. Earlier in the week, no one reserved sunbeds and it made for a much more chill holiday, but when the half term holidays started to arrive, that went out of the window.All in all, I would definitely recommend to any families looking for a lovely break away in the sunshine!

    Absolutely amazing family hotel. The food the service the children’s entertainment the pools. Everything is fab! No bad words to say about it at all. We had all types of meat steak chicken pork cooked on the grill in front of us, fresh omelettes every day, crepes cooked fresh. Snack bar staff are lovely especially Nada speaks very good English had a lovely conversation. Don’t take all the bad reviews as we honestly couldn’t fault it. Busier on weekends as the Spanish visit but again they have been very polite and friendly. Mini club for the kids on a morning too. Slides close 2-4pm but are back on from 4-7. We haven’t had to fight for a sunbed even when it’s been busy. We’ve found the quieter area is by the slide pool in the corner. Queues for breakfast lunch and dinner very minimal if at all any queue. Some lovely restaurants not far from the hotel. We found a beautiful crystal clear beach a 10 minute bus ride away next to the marina. 10/10 from us and we will be returning next year!     Prior to coming on our holiday, we had read some reviews and honestly felt quite anxious, especially as this was our first family holiday with a baby. However, those reviews could not have been more wrong, and we felt strongly that we had to write a review here on TripAdvisor.The hotel staff and everyone involved were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From checking in at reception, to our beautiful room, to the variety of food available at every meal, everything exceeded our expectations. The complementary a la carte meal was so good that we paid to go again!The staff were amazing throughout our stay, particularly with our baby, which made such a difference and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our holiday. We had been really apprehensive before arriving, but it honestly could not have been a better experience for our first holiday as a family.We would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely return again in the future!     A very nice relaxing break

    A very nice Hotel.Great location on the beach .Good quality accomodation, rooms and corridors possibly a little dated however nothing to detract from the stay. 5th floor ( top floor)rooms provide far reaching sea views.Public areas are well kept and maintained with a relaxed atmosphere.The hotel does attract a wide selection of guests.Drinks and food were a particular highlight with a nice dining experience, plenty of fresh fish and meat along with salads, pizzas etc.Pleased with pigs cheeks and rabbit dishes, really well cooked and delicious.If you have a sweet tooth then desserts are Fantastic and made in house rather than bought in, my wife is a coeliac so requested a GF dessert and one was provided without hesitation.The pool area wasn't to my liking, the composite decking is a bit dodgy and the pools aren't deep, 1.2 metres and the layout doesn't make for swimming however they are cleaned and maintained.All inclusive plus is good value with branded drinks and snacks.Overall a very good hotel and better than our expectations, certainly will return.
