Not for English speakers , rooms ok , pool ok, food is dire salads a plenty otherwise it's chips with everything cold pasta , cold rice butter and margarine were restricted to breakfast only for 2nd week of our stay 26 Sept / 3rd Oct it was available for the first week but I guess they must have been running out . ONLY 1 lift working for 5 storey hotel with Pensioners galore and at least 12 young people in wheel chairs. Alberto on reception was the only English speaking person we came across and he wasn't always there . This is a very Spanish hotel no signs or Info are in English. I have no idea why Jet2 send their English customers here. Shame on you! We booked this holiday on the last minute for a week to get up this morning to the pool closed with no notification Apparently they have closed it due to lack of occupancy We should have been made aware of this when we booked. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Not the most salubrious hotel but they do great salads and a fair choice of food which we enjoyed at every meal. The animation team were great and had lots of fun games for us to play. All in all we enjoyed our holiday in this basic hotel and we would go back. The interior of the hotel and room is great, fresh and clean. Room was comfortable and peaceful. The pool area is always very busy and difficult to get a lounger,has quite a lot going on too so if you want peace and quiet is best to head out. The restaurant was okay had a different selection each day (though not loads to choose from). I would return to this hotel but I would probably not book dining as there are plenty of places to go out and eat/have a drink.Great location close by to shops, restaurants, beach and bus stop. Enjoyable stay!

I visited this hotel with a group of 3 friends all 18 years old. As the other reviews say this is a very Spanish hotel but this was not an issue for us in the slightest. The staffs English is not the best but they were still very accommodating and we faced little issues with communication. If you are coming to this hotel with the intention to make friends with fellow English then this hotel may not be the place as there was very few. Within our 5 days we only came across maybe 7 or 8 English people but for us this was not an issue. Food was good and the room clean so no complaints there. Pool area opens at 10:30 but there was absolutely no rush for sunbeds with beds still available throughout the whole day and spare ones stacked at the side if needed. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the bar staff very friendly.
