This comfortable beach hotel has a fabulous location between the resorts of Almería and Aguadulce, facing the sea. The immediate vicinity offers links to the public transport network and the inviting beach with its turquoise blue sea is just 50 m away. Various shopping venues, countless bars, cafés, pubs and restaurants as well as many other entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity (800 m) whilst the airport is 18 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 160 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Nice rooms. Two pools. Good breakfast. Beach side restaurant. Fabulous views from balcony. Be aware you cannot walk anywhere so either need a car or taxis to go to Almeria or Aguadulce.     Room dirty not clean thoroughly No safe deposit box No English speaking staff Pint of lager not right measures Staff very unhelpful when I ask for public transport. Dangerous road leading to bus stop Not Warn by staff . Very remote nothing going on in the area 0 entertainment in the hotel.No snacks on bar near to pool only ice cream.No advice on were to go and what restaurant to visit in the areaStaff on reception not willing to help any English speaking person. Over all experience shocking and rude staff only seem to cater for the Spanish. Restaurant food shocking service terriblePlates knifes and forks dirts plus dirty glasses . I was servers raw meat because the que was long 🤮 This hotel is far from 4stars I would not even class this as three star.Overall experience terrible stay away .     We have just returned from a weeks family holiday children 11 and 13 ! The hotel is a little dated but clean the rooms are very basic but air conditioner worked ok. The food started off ok with a big selection at breakfast and paella at lunch time in the main restaurant the evening meals were selection of salads soup fish some days it was lovely but never hot enough !! Some dinners were really bad lots of frozen crochets 😱with different fillings! The food around the pool was quite poor burgers chips wasn’t very good but the slushes crisps and drinks were great!! There was two pools the one with the slides was so busy you couldn’t get a sun bed , the quiet one you had to get there by 10am to get a bed! The beach was lovely one large beach and a small cove lovely for my teenage son to snorkel but no umbrellas for shade but you could by one at the shop🙄. We was the only English family for most of the holiday and all the entertainment was in Spanish and for little children!! Not sure I would return to this hotel as the food could of been better and hot !!!! But the views and weather was fantastic!!

    Excellent holiday for a first time abroad.. hotel and staff were amazing. Excellent service throughout our trip. Would highly recommend. We were given room 311... but managed to swap for another with balcony and great views of pool and beach. Room 823

    Hi there, this is great hotel but its miles from any where ,Its a forty minute walk to the next village , on a busy main road with no pavement. There is no promenade and after a few days you just get bored. The entertainment is mainly for children and it goes on well after midnight with tired brats being naughty. Would i come here again no , you need a car and i really mean that. Many thanks for letting us have a shower as our flight was late evening.
