    Privileged location by the marina between sea and mountain. My room is tastefully designed and furnished, reeking of modernity and comfort. For such a classy hotel, I found the wifi to be a bit slow. Not happy to find out that when I lodged there at the end of January, the swimming pool area was closed and the hotel cannot offer any other public area to sunbathe, even where the sun was shining brightly. But I managed to snag a higher-priced room with a balcony facing the marina with glorious afternoon sun. People come to Almeria for the sun and the sea, so don't understand why this hotel didn't offer any public spaces to sunbathe.

    Stunning exceptional in all regards

    My wife & I have just spent a very enjoyable relaxing break at this fantastic hotel which is truly worth 9.5 out of 10.The location overlooking the marina is stunning, the Hotel itself is immaculate very clean & modern decor throughout.All of the staff without exception were so pleasant, welcoming, helpful & polite - they are a credit to the Hotel & themselves.We only stayed on a b&b basis but the buffet breakfast is superb - lots of choice from fresh fruit, cereal, hot bacon & eggs, cheese's, cakes, yoghurts & more all with delicious coffees, teas, juices & cold water. There is something for everyone.The restaurant inside is lovely they even iron the table clothes which is a first for us & there is a large outside terrace & garden too.I am disabled so booked a disabled room which honestly was the best I have ever stayed in- they have thought of everything.The room, bathroom & terrace are spacious very wheelchair friendly easy to move around.The large bathroom was easy to manage in a wheelchair with a walk in shower, rails everywhere & even a vanity mirror at wheelchair height. It would deserve a 10/10 but the sink is a bit difficult to reach an adjustable one would be easier in a chair so only gets a 9 3/4!The beds are massive & so comfortable + there was also a large comfortable sofa bed.The disabled rooms are located right next to the nice pool area which has a ramp access & a chair for pool access too.The Spa although not the biggest has everything you want & is beautiful. A wide range of treatments are offered all at reasonable prices.All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I guaurantee you will not be disappointed.

    The hotel has lovely setting in the port of Aguadulce and it was nice to have a room that gave you a view over the marina. Our room was good having paid for the best one. Nice shower with an overhead and handheld spray to cover all needs, novel window wall of the shower enclosure which is alongside the bed. Nothing of detail can be seen by the person in bed but a shadow outline. Parking is available which is why I chose this hotel, but they neglect to say there is a €15 per day charge until they send you a message the day before you arrive and after you have booked and paid. Breakfast was not worth having and not very appealing.

    Another lovely stay at the Moon. Nice view over the harbour. Very comfortable spacious room. Great outdoor space with a canopy perfect for keeping cool. Pool very good but not very comfortable sun loungers. We enjoyed the croissant & tostadas for breakfast delicious orange juice. The staff are all so friendly and helpful & work really hard to make your stay good. The cleanliness around the hotel spotless . The only negative is loud business people on conference calls when you can hear both conversations when you are trying to enjoy a drink. This seemed to be frequent. However lots of other lovely bars to go to.

    Splendid location, absolutely immaculately clean, friendly staff, lovely Spa. Some great restaurants around the harbour and the beach a 5 minute walk. Great value for money, we did have a sea view room which was great, bathrooms very modern and great double shower. Thank you
