  Firstly, this could be a long one, so grab a coffee or tea 🫖 ☕️ for a lengthy read. Approximately one hour transfer from Antalya Airport - private transfer 100% worth the money.On arrival at the hotel, we were seated in the lobby and greeted with chocolate-covered strawberries and fizz, a nice touch.Check-in was easy and efficient. They introduced you to the app if you haven't already studied it heavily before leaving the UK like us 🫣We were also given a PIN number to contact our personal assistant throughout our holiday; they also find you throughout your stay to check everything is to your satisfaction. My first observation was no uncomfortable all-inclusive wristbands, amazing!We were driven to our two-bedroom family bungalow in a golf cart, where our cases were already waiting for us 😊 with a welcome basket of fresh fruit.The rooms are spacious and full of amenities for your stay: toothbrushes, shower scrub, cotton buds, shoe horn, sewing kit, L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturiser range, also fluffy dressing gowns, slippers, and a fridge with plenty of branded soft drinks, water, Efes beer, milk drinks, Kit Kats, and peanuts.The room also had a kettle and a variety of teas and a Nespresso machine and capsules in the room were an additional bonus.Both bedrooms have a large flatscreen; we took our Amazon Fire Stick for our son to watch tv whilst we got ready for the evening.Both bedrooms also have a small veranda with two chairs and a table. After a good night’s rest on comfortable beds and air conditioning, we set out to explore the hotel.The hotel grounds are beautiful and calm with the majority of the roomsbeing only three stories high and the main hotel being about five or six stories.There are a few different pools, one being 16+ only, the beach, which has two piers, one family-friendly and one also for over 16+, all with lifeguards.Also, large areas of grass with plenty of sunbeds, and it was also very nice to walk on such nice grass barefoot; there were NO sunbed wars; there is plenty of space also.We had one overcast morning and made use of the indoor pool, which also has a small sun terrace.Plenty of towels, no tokens required like other all-inclusive, just help yourself, and also FREE Huggies Little Swimmers swim nappies are available.Now, the important part: the app and food/drinks.Each umbrella/table has a QR code you simply scan with your camera and order your drinks, in which they have everything, all branded alcohol from Absolute vodkas, Jack Daniel’s, Hennessy V.S., Jonny Walkers selections, Gentleman Jack, Bombay Sapphire, bottled beer Carlsberg, Budweiser, Corona, Sol, Heniken, and a non-alcoholic beer Peja to a selection of cocktails and Rose, Red, White, and sparkling wines by the glass or bottle served in an ice bucket. Some things get lost in translation, but normally the result is ending up with too many drinks 😂 Also super quick from ordering. If the app isn’t for you, there are plenty of staff taking orders walking around.Also, a nice touch that ALL drinks are serviced in beautifully selected glassware dependent on your drink, not awful small plastic cups.Whether you want to sit and relax or do activities, there is plenty to keep everybody entertained -Games room has 4 lanes of ten-pin bowling, pre-bootable via your personal assistant.A few games consoles, Two driving simulators, air hockey, pool 🎱 , and a few other arcade favourites, which are all FREE to use, also a cinema showing films throughout the day.Fairground, although small, serves a purpose; our son loved having a few rides before or after dinner, also at no cost.Additional activities -Children’s parkKids club - Tugi 🐢 club Mini disco Water slides Tennis courtsBeachBasketball hoopVolleyball court Boccia (pétanque)Water sports, at cost - expensive €80 for 15 minutes Jetski. Paid à la Carte restaurants - reasonable feeOpen selected nights.Turkish restaurant - Tepsi Greek tavern - BuzukiSteak house - Carino Chinese - WenJapanese - Teppanyaki Italian restaurant - Vista We enjoyed dining at ALL of the à la carte restaurants, our son loved the Greek tavern dancing and singing. Ice cream and every ice lolly possible from magnums, cornettos and various selection of wall lollies as well as fresh fruit and vegetables are available pool side.Doritos chips, nut mix & pickles are available everywhere.In-house Chocolatier, pastries, cakes and macarons are gorgeous, you can also see lots of items being made freshly in the background.Lounge bar - piano 🎹 6:30Most days. Beach theatre - different evening entertainment each night, take a cardigan/light jumper as it positioned on the coast and can be windy/cold early in the season. All staff are very Attentive, but a special thank you to Fudeyil for making our stays very special, he is helpful, polite and nothing is to much trouble for him, fantastic asset to the Voyage Sorgun, Side.Additional information - the WiFi is excellent Through the hotel, no drop outs and plenty of signal everywhere.Room service is available at an additional cost, we didn’t not use this service as food and drink is plentiful.. everywhere.Bottled water is available everywhere.Things that make this hotel standout - Premium branded alcohol Variety of foodAttentive staffRoom towels twice per day Beds turned down in the eveningBeach bags Room amenitiesPrams/strollers available at no cost Plenty off pool towels Quilted Toilet paper In house Dr - we needed a prescription in which the hotel sourced and charged us only €5 totalPersonal assistants.And the whole hotel is IMMACULATELY CLEAN.Things we missed from our previous visit, half a rotisserie chicken and chicken fajitas on a cast iron sizzling hot plate. Additional things we would like to see to improve the hotel - better Baked beans (the British baked beans on offer are like bullets) 😂 but this isn’t a big deal, would also like to see hash brown added to the breakfast menu. Would definitely return; this hotel will be hard to beat for its service, food, and drink options. We left feeling totally relaxed and rested. Thank you Hotel Sorgun!   Pure luxury …. JET2 Indulgence escape

  We have currently got two days left of our 14 night Jet2 indulgence escape . We have our 26 year old disabled son ( who has a severe learning disability) with us , he is a wheelchair user .On arrival we discovered our room wasn’t really suitable , the staff on duty on our arrival pulled out all the stops to ensure ,within minutes, that we got a room that met all our needs . We were moved to a much larger family room at no extra cost !! Despite it being much more expensive online .We have eaten in the à la carte restaurants most nights , the Greek à la carte simply has to be THE best night out on holiday we’ve had for many a year , it was so good we went twice !! Live Greek music and the manager HALIL ensures you have a good time , you need to book this as soon as you arrive , it’s really that good ., halil and the staff work so hard making sure every single person/ family has the best time ever , it was a privilege to eat and drink here , this was a 10/10 night . The Tepanyaki was also a great evening , the chef was entertaining and would highly recommend , the food and service at the Chinese à la carte was second to none , what a treat that was !! The Italian à la carte also had exceptional service … and food to match .The grounds are exceptionally clean and so well maintained , it’s like a little village , every singleMember of staff seems so happy to work here at the Voyage Sorgun . The App works perfectly well and the wi fi is always excellent and we never struggled for a signal during our stay . The “cleaners” around the beach restaurant and grassy area are exceptional and work so hard maintaining a spotlessly clean area , including the toilet facilities which are always so clean . The waiters who bring the drinks out of the beach bar must do forty thousand steps every day and are ALWAYS smiling and asking how you are , the service is faultless , breakfast in the main restaurant was excellent every day and a vast choice , we where really spoilt for choice , the freshly cooked omelettes where especially delicious , again the staff could not do enough for us , always so helpful and smiling . The chocolates in the chocolatier were really nice as well and the 24/7 restaurant always had different choices on the menu , always freshly cooked and lovely .The messaging system on the Voyage app is simply a game changer , every message , request , query is answered almost immediately , we had the pleasure of having MAKHABATKULOVAUULAIYMUMETALIEVAIMAN KERIMABDYKADYROVABDYKADYROV as our contacts and they where always checking on us and making sure we where having a fantastic holiday ,which we where , the animation teamWork so hard and where always encouraging our son to join in and enjoy the characters etc , which he adores and loved having his photo taken with them a few times , and the weekly pool party was one of his highlights . The whole resort is wheelchair friendly and we had no issues at all with getting around the entire resort with our son’s wheelchair .voyage sorgun might not have the sheer opulence of the 5 star resorts in Lara beach (which we have been to a few times) but the staff here are exceptional and more than make up for that , we are having a fantastic holiday and have absolutely no complaints at all , what a fantastic resort and thank you to all the staff at Voyage Sorgun for making it so Special .   A wonderful stay at voyage sorgun One of the major upgrades at the hotel, you're able to order food to your sun lounger which means the kids can continue to play and you don't need to get ready to go to lunch, which is more convenient. The service at this hotel is the major standout a shout out to Musa at Tepsi who delivered greats ervice to me and my family. Serkan at the beach club remembered us from previous visits and really looked after us. Also shout out to Islambek from the lounge bar who would be there when you needed and seemed to know we wanted something without even having to ask, amazing. Halil the manager at Buzuki ensured our entire family were looked after even arranging food from the Italian restaurant for our kids. A special mention as well to Faruk (Tepsi/Chinese), Onur (manager at Degusto), Bislam (Tepsi Bar), and Serkan 2 (beach club), all of whom contributed that extra level of care and attention that made our stay just as memorable as ever.Thank you, Voyage—we’re already looking forward to our next visit!   We recently stayed at Voyage Sorgun and overall had a truly excellent experience. The facilities throughout the resort are outstanding, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. The atmosphere is relaxing yet vibrant, and it’s clear that a lot of attention has been given to guest comfort.One of the strongest aspects of our stay was the staff. Every single team member we encountered was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Service was impressively fast, and the staff always seemed eager to help.A special thank you goes to the assistant team — particularly Ms. Tuğba, as well as Mr. Emre and Ms. Nurcan — for their genuine care and attentiveness. They made a real difference in our experience. We would also like to thank Mr. Osman and Ms. Ceylan at the main restaurant for their quick and cheerful service, and Sezer, the bartender at the lobby bar, for his great attitude and excellent service.If there is one area that needs improvement, it is the Voyage mobile app. Unfortunately, it performed quite poorly during our stay — with frequent errors, missed notifications, and unreliable performance overall. As a software developer, I believe I could build a more stable and efficient version of this app within two weeks. For a hotel chain of this quality, the current digital experience falls short of expectations and deserves significant improvement.Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would gladly return again.   The best hotel in my opinion. We’ve been here the second time. They offer many nice activities. The food is also really good as well as the drinks. So thanks especially to the beach bar Captain Mehmet Gökçebaş and Bar Chef Serkan Taşkan for the wonderful cocktails!
