  Just coming to our last day here and cannot fault this hotel .It is ideal for familes with kids of all ages.   Exceptional Stay & Unmatched Safety at Hotel Playalinda!We recently stayed on the 4th floor at Hotel Playalinda and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Front desk staff went out of their way to guide us in English making check-in and local navigation seamless.Our room was spotless every single day with fresh towels, clean bed linens and attention. Praise also for dining & kitchen team - Excellent variety, fantastic vegetarian options, and zero wait times for a table. The team cleared and sanitized tables instantly and was always on hand to assist.My best highlight goes to the Lifeguard Team !The outdoor pool and slide safety standards were the best. The lifeguards kept their eyes on everything, prioritizing health and safety at every turn—including monitoring pools cleanliness and closing whenever needed.Their proactive nature stood out: when a lost pair of glasses created a potential pool hazard, they addressed it immediately. When a step on the pool access ladder came loose, they called maintenance and had it fixed. On top of their impressive fitness and professional vigilance, their warm smiles and welcoming energy truly made us feel cared for (one of them could honestly be the lead actor in a K-drama!).We felt completely safe, comfortable and well looked after throughout our holiday.   Really lovely hotel, we stayed in the Playalinda and you can use pool and bar in the playasol as they interconnect with a gate between the hotel and pool area which you access with your room key in and out. We didn’t use the quiet pool for the Playalinda only the main pools. granted the hotels are dated but kept really clean. Beds made and fresh towels every day, bathroom and floors wiped over cannot complain about cleanliness at all. Buffet for all inclusive caters well for all but can get a bit boring but if you don’t have fussy eaters in your group then it suits fine! Some of the pool areas are extremely slippery especially in the back heated pool behind the bar, be warned as my son slipped whilst just walking and we had to make a trip to the hospital as he smacked his head.Sun beds are a race every morning at 10 as you cannot reserve before, but to be expected at a very popular resort. Just have to be prepared to qeue up wait and bag one! All drinks at the bar are extremely generous measures! And branded which was great. You have to use your room card for food and drinks which is a bit of a pain , wristbands are given but not used for anything. Animation team are brilliant and plenty to keep you entertained and lots of activities going on for everyone throughout the day and the pool is open until 8pm!! Evening entertainment is out behind the pools by the playasol hotel which again you access through the gate using your room key. Slides are good although get very busy.
