English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     On arrival we were greeted by lovely reception staff. Samu being one of them, who is a true asset to this hotel he was always on hand throughout our stay and was so helpful. However, if you’re English I would avoid. It was made very clear by some staff and guests that we were not welcome and many times at the bar I was overlooked and Spanish people behind me were served. The rooms are very outdated however I did find the cleaners were amazing and my room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Location is great near the beach and shops. But overall I would not return.     I dont usually like to talk about the negative but feel i need to about this experience this hotel is below average but not as bad as some have said food is ok but wouldn’t want it for 2 weeks staff are helpful to a certain degree………the reason why our holiday was kind of ruined was not due to the hotel but from other holidaymakers in particular a large group that were extremely obnoxious and downright rude to others and the staff with feral children who thought they were entitled to be first for everything and treated the place like a coucil estate Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Playasol Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your review.We are pleased you appreciated the meals served at our hotel and found our team helpful during your stay.However, we are truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.
