  The location is perfect plenty good walks, bars and restaurants closeby, and beach on your doorstep.We knew it would be busy with kids as it's a waterpark but, it was so noisy and so busy! Unless you queued up at 10 am with the hoards (all spanish), forget trying to get a sunbed. If you did manage, bring your earplugs because replacing it will not be! The sunbeds are tightly packed into the pool area and the megaphones from the animation team was so loud. After struggling the first few days to find a sunbed, we then struck lucky, pool was good but couldn't get anywhere near the jacuzzi - full of kids! We eventually gave up and went to the beautiful beach. I had intended using the gym whilst there, so thought a good time to go would be just after the pool opened - wrong! 2 parents with 4 children were in there. Managed to use some weights, but the kids were playing about on the rest of the equipment. KIDS SHOULD NOT BE IN A GYM PLAYING WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS!??!! I was more anxious that the parents that one of their kids would Drop a dumbell on their foot - I gave up.Allowing dogs in a hotel?? This is ok if the don't bark all afternoon and evening u till 12.30 in the morning- and guess what? - it just would be on our floor! I complained at reception who were obviously aware of said dog but it was still barking two days later- I assume they left the hotel on the Saturday at the end of their stay but the hotel certainly did very very little to eleviate the problem. Felt sorry for the dog being stuck in a room all that time!Food was ok, but we quickly learned what times were best to eat to avoid the crowds. So many children coming to dinner on their own, walking about with drinks in glasses in their hands, plates of food piled high with food they did this eat - where the hell were their parents?Our fridge didn't work ' nothing was chilling. Again, back to reception- to be told that the fridges were eco fridges and maintained everything at room temperature????? So, why have them at all? So after a couple of days,we had one of the maintenance staff arrive to check the air con, which was wonderful. We mentioned the fridge and he swiftly went away and brought us back a fridge that DID chill our drinks. He was fantastic and a pleasure to talk to (even if google translate had to help 😀). So a very big Thank You to one of this hotels greatest assets - Luca! We appreciated your help.All in all, this is a beautiful hotel - but needs to be run properly - it's really not. It's over populated, with very rude Spanish people - doesn't help when you have guests from Playalinda using this one too) - just too many people. Shame, but we won't be back.   The noise from the Aqua park is terrible, especially when the staff use the microphone. Pack your pain killers as you will need them unless you go out all day until 19.30!   Amazing holiday!

  Me and my 8 year old son went here August 15-22ndWe absolutely loved it!!! Great hotel for kids… so much to do The slides were amazing he loved it So many things to do in the day Evening entertainment was great but in Spanish mostly lol But food was fresh & yummy! Kids loved breakfast too Beach is 2 mins away Amazing!!   Excellent hotel, good food and professional staff.

  Excellent week spent here for 2 adults and one 12 year old. Would recommend the hotel. Food was good and varied. Some guests piled their own plates with food e.g prawns or cookies and then used them as a buffet at their own table and then ended up leaving them so that was a waste and meant there was none left for other guests but not sure what hotel staff can do about that. Hotel staff were friendly and professional, especially Margarita and Paqui on reception and Antonio on the bar and all the female bar staff. Thank you to you all. They mainly speak Spanish as is to be expected but try their best to speak English. As my Spanish is non existent this was appreciated. Pool facilities good, excellent slides. Usual scrum for beds in morning but staff don’t allow this to start till 10am. Some guests put there towels down in morning and then don’t return all day but this is not the hotels fault. Surrounding area has good restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend Pizzeria Firenze. Rooms are on the small side, we had to put the table and chair on the balcony to open the pullout sofa bed.   Our first impression of the hotel was very positive. The food is excellent – delicious and varied, with something to suit every taste. The rooms are not very large, but since we only used them for sleeping, this was not an issue at all. The pool area with slides is absolutely perfect for children – truly a little paradise for families.One minor inconvenience is that you always need to carry your card with you, since there are both all-inclusive and non-all-inclusive guests in the hotel. The majority of visitors were Spanish, and while I understand this may be part of the culture, at times it felt uncomfortable when some guests skipped queues, pushed, shouted, or smoked near the pool despite comments from others. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault.The location is fantastic – very close to the sea, with a wide beach and wonderfully warm, clear water.However, there is one significant downside. If you have a late flight, from 12:00 noon you no longer have access to any hotel facilities, which was very disappointing. There is no changing room or shower provided after check-out, so we couldn’t refresh ourselves before leaving. Considering we arrived at 5 p.m. on the first day, losing almost a whole day at the end felt quite unfair.Overall, it’s a nice place with great food, a beautiful beach nearby, and perfect entertainment for kids, but the check-out policy really needs improvement."
