Very satisfied, The staff is very friendly and professional, the room is spacious and clean. The hotel is very well connected with shops and close to restaurants and cider bars. If you come by car, it's near the highways so you can go out to other cities.The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful

Perfecto. Friendly and helpful personnel at the reception, as well as the cleaning staff. Great atmosphere, comfortable apartment with good beds, and a full set of kitchen equipment and accessories, including dishes. The cafe is good also. The location is convenient, close to downtown, cafeterias, shops, and a swimming pool. Free wi-fi, parking is available. I suppose I to was the best choice! Thanks for accommodation!

I mean this place isn't great. Fairly unfriendly staff at reception - got a long lecture when asking to borrow an adapter. Rooms were functional with basic bathroom but no aircon at all. We were there in October and no idea how people can stay there in the summer. Signs told us not to leave valuables in the room, but no safe was provided. Preposterous. Location is quite near the old town although lots of roadworks opposite the hotel so it's not exactly an idyllic walk! Bar downstairs seemed to be closed all the time.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep!

Not the fault of the hotel but there are construction works going on right outside the hotel at the moment. There is an industrial jack-hammer going on constantly the whole time. It is impossible to relax as it starts at 8am until late. Apart from the construction works though, the hotel is located at a huge roundabout/intersection with traffic lanes and cars passing through constantly, beeping horns and a lot of general noise. I am so surprised that I have not read other reviews about the noise but perhaps other guests have stayed at the back of the hotel where it might be quieter. There is no air conditioning and with the excessive noise outside you cannot open a window so it is extremely warm the whole time. The apartment itself is overall relatively clean but very dated, slight musty smell, no kettle in the kitchen, wifi not great. Thankfully we leave today!

Pet friendly very convenient hotel

Very pet friendly. Nice staff, at the reception desk and the cleaning woman. Close to the center. Just 1 kilometre ftom San Francisco park and Teatro Campoamor. 7 minutes walk from a pet friendly/ vegan/ vegetarian restaurant (El Manhlar)
