  One of the best, if not the best Hampton Inns I have ever stayed in

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff was kind and helpful in the room was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean and well kept. We were most impressed with how quiet the hotel was, and that contributed to a wonderful night sleep. I would highly recommend staying here.   Staff and manager were not eager to assist us because we booked through a “third party.” We were an inconvenience to them. We’ll never go back.   Excellent Location, Comfortable and Clean Hotel!

  My husband and I went to Charlotte for a short visit with friends. I'm so glad I picked this hotel. We arrived late at night but our reservation was honored by the front desk attendant who kindly gave us a room facing the lovely front of the hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The location is amazing, right next to SouthPark Mall and surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast was included in our reservation which was a plus. Also important for us was that parking was complimentary. Highly recommend!
