10 suites, 14 single rooms and 118 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     THE luxury hotel to stay at in Oviedo - incredible comfortable with an amazing open area foyer and a beautiful open-court outdoor area behind it. The staff is incredibly accommodating (although we did have one evening where we couldn't find anyone at the front desk (???)). Rooms are beautifully decorated and have all modern facilities. Extremely comfortable. Great location with restaurants and shops nearby - and a short walk to the Catedral. Would definitely stay there again.

    Terrible customer service experience with Eurostars. Inflexible policies without regard for real life emergencies. I will never book a Eurostars hotel again.

    We were looking for the great location to travel around in Asturias so it was great. The area around the hotel has a lot of places to eat and you can walk to everywhere. They gave us a great room with a big bathroom, and a beautiful inside terrace. The hotel is a little expensive but it’s great, with really good and attentive service.

    An old property that has been well maintained in a good location with secure underground parking and plenty of character. The room was perfectly adequate as was the breakfast. The staff members were all excellent.
