  Well situated. Atmosphere normal. Room spacious and very clean, large double bed firm but comfortable. Good value. Some traffic noise. Service friendly.

  We stayed there for 1 night prior to catching a train the following day. We liked everything about the hotel. We had a very large and comfortable room which was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The situation was perfect for the railway station and for visiting the town. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful and we had a good breakfast.I would certainly recommend this hotel and would like to stay there again.Thanks to all concerned. You are doing a very good job.

  Great place to stay in Oviedo

  Firstly the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! And that isn't the case in all hotels! We felt very welcome. We were even offered a kettle and hot drinks making stuff - without us having to ask! We were given good advice about where to eat in town.The underground carpark is easily accessed and easy to negotiate, once we knew where we were going! Lift access directly into the hotel. Our room was clean and very spacious. Plenty of storage space and everything that should be in a hotel room was there. Breakfast was very adequate, although I didn't sample the cooked food. The waiting staff were polite and very helpful.Access to the city was easy, and although I think we would be challenged to be able to walk to the cathedral in 10 minutes (as advertised somewhere!). Allow at least 15 minutes, plus a couple of hours "shopping time" on the way! The old parts of the city are interesting with little squares and occasional markets to be explored. What else is there to say? Very good value for money!

  Surpass expectations of detail front desk customer satisfaction service.Our experience was A/C not cooling room.The front desk asked the maintenance specialist to check the room temperature, we asked for a fan they gave us a standing fan.The dinning room staff surpassed expectations, for a large group as we were 25 it was a buffet style, fresh foods, labeled.I recommend this hotel 100%

  The hotel is dirty and loud, nothing like the pictures, it surprise me the quality if the reviews here. The carpet is dated with holes and dirty, the beds are old and falling apart and with bugs. It is located between the train station anthe bus station, next to a highway, the air conditioning is off for the bedrooms so you need to open the window and listen the traffic all night, they tell you in the front desk that you need to open the windows because the weather is nice! It is a terrible hotel.
