    Hotel with the wow factor

    Fantastic hotel with amazing views, stunning exterior lighting, great location (quiet but not too far from a small town). A hire car is a must, to stay at this hotel (and to be able to properly explore the spectacular and diverse scenery of Asturias). We stayed four nights, and wished we had booked for longer, because of the hotel, the whole area and all the activities and places we would have liked to visit. We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary, we had wanted something special and we were not disappointed - it fitted the bill perfectly!

    Great hotel with nice amenities for children. The view and location are amazing, and the rooms have everything you need - the swimming pool is a nice touch after a day of hiking. Restaurant food is good but service can be slow if they are full

    We came on a family hiking trip in the area, and found the Picos and hotel to be delightful. Beautiful views and terrace, and rooms were furnished well, big, and very clean. Dinner was delicious each night, and the staff were lovely. Only thing that would make it better is a spa, but they informed us they are building one as we speak. There is already a great outdoor pool that we used every day. Great stay and would come back. It’s about 15-20 min drive to the Covadonga bus stations, and if you want to take the coaches up the mountain, make sure to book in advance.

    A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, the views are wonderful, it’s perched up a hill and away from it all. A little disappointing that all though we had booked a room with a view, the window was so high up, unless you are over 6ft you can’t see out it but the terrace and pool area are fantastic.The garage is perfect and secure for motorbike parkingThe staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The half board menu a bit limited so we went Ala carte and paid the difference which they were happyabout. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice. We would definitely return
