  Excellent Hotel In Central Location

  I stayed here for one night only on a football trip to watch Real Oviedo. It has a central location within easy walking distance of both the railway and train stations. The hotel was excellent with friendly staff. My room was more than adequate for my requirements and I enjoyed the breakfast too. This was certainly good value for money. The hotel has a ventral location for the many bars and cafes nearby. It took me about 25 minutes to walk to the Real Oviedo Football Ground. If you're visiting Oviedo then I recommend a stay here.

  Please choose another hotel. If you have an unexpected issue, you will not find understanding or kindness here. As per their cancellation policy, we gave sufficient days notice of cancellation due to a medical emergency. Ignoring the actual policy, The hotel said that a cancellation at any time would mean full price is paid. Money was taken from my card and you've guessed it, even the offer of a copy of the hospital report would not change their mind or encourage them to be kind. Very disappointing. Other Spanish hotels we had to cancel sent get well wishes - that was lovely. It is just this hotel which was unfeeling and unhelpful in a very stressful situation.

  This hotel kicks well above its two star rating. Bedroom is big bathroom also a good size. Location is fantastic.....two minutes from bus and train station...two minutes from great eating and bar area and a ten minute walk into the old town. Breakfast is basic but fine (cold food only) reasonable choice and plentiful. Staff and service good. Recommend here without any hesitation

  Don't ever make a non refundable booking. they steal

  I made a reservation in which I clearly stated I am travelling with two dogs. They accepted my reservation and I received a confirmation. After that, they wrote me saying two dogs is too much and I had time until 23 that day to cancel. I didn't see the email until the next morning and despite calling they decided to charge me the full price. Even when I contacted booking.com they refused to reimburse me. Absolutely horrible costumer service and just plain stealing.

  I spent one night in Oviedo on my Camino. I was very impressed by this hotel. Great helpful staff who did everything to help me. Very clean and comfortable, very well situated. The breakfast is excellent.
