  Great location but needs some renewals

  Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the reviews as the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Maybe 3 and a half, but 4 definitely not.Many of the things are degraded (baseboards, closet doors, floors) but are clean. The room was quite spacious and apart from the degrated points there is not much else to say.Breakfast was not very varied but included the basics.Parking was not free, but there was a place very close by, with plenty of spaces available.The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location, as it is right in front of the port/beach.

  After decades staying here still no improvements.

  This hotel continues to go back like a crab. Every time we come/stay here, we noticed less services provided. The cafeteria and restaurant are closed. The breakfast area in the basement was freezing, the selection of the buffet items are limited. The rooms windows are very dirty. In three day, we only saw two employees.

  Stayed in this hotel for a night as we are going to Santiago, it’s a good place to break the trip. The hotel is directly on the ocean and we were given a sea view room. With the window open we were able to hear the seagulls and the waves. Lovely. The room is basic, with mini fridge and a safe. No bathrooms amenities. Bathroom a good size. Beds were huge and had good linen. The parking under the property was scary and we got charged 14€ for the night. The lady at reception had a bad day and wasn’t friendly at all. Not even trying to help us in English. Kept on repeating her requests in Spanish. A bad fried food smell was lingering around in the corridors and in the room, although less pungent. I think 3 star would be a better rating for this hotel and the price should also be less

  The hotel is in front of the sea and has wonderful views, mainly in the upper flats. The room was good, although not very big but when we arrived the floor and the desk had sand on them. The telephone did not worked and the second day of our stay the room was not cleaned at 14, 30 hours. There is only one elevator at the hotel which obliged us to wait frequently for a while. All those details are not precisely corresponding to a four star hotel. Staff were friendly but a little bit inefficient. The price was a little bit high for the service.

  Hotel is pretty old, far from 4 stars. Breakfast doesn’t have much to offer so I cut it after first day. Staff is really nice and I would say like all Asturians. From the staff perspective a big thanks. Location it is fantastic right in front of the harbor.Price versus services ... little too expensive for what it has to offer plus this hotel could be a 3 stars at most. Bathroom window was sealed so no chance to bring out the humidity, air conditioner ... ineffective. Oh, and just one elevator for a 10 floors hotel I think is way too less, even if the hotel I think was not fully occupied, time to be waiting for the elevator was too long. Overall the time in there was a great. Thank you once again to the staff because with the little they have they make us feel good.
