We traveled with our pet, a Maltese bichon, and chose this hotel for being “pet friendly”...Being “pet friendly” translates into a 15 euro fee, they make you sign a bunch of papers, pay a 50 euro deposit and wait for the room to be checked before you go.In return they offer nothing for the pet, no bed, no drinking trough, no detail as in other hotels.Apart from that, the room does not look like those on the web, the heating did not work, and since 7.30 the corridors full of people talking and no one told them anything (apparently there was an excursion of many people)

WE WERE DOUBLE CHARGED

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE. "WE WERE ROBBED."We arrived at the hotel and paid cash. We made the Reservation by booking. We stayed 4 days and paid for 3 rooms. The day of arrival at the hotel when it was paid in cash, we were asked for a guarantee card, and we delivered one that was NOT the Booking Reservation. After more than a month of leaving the hotel, they start calling us that we had left without paying. At first in the first calls they were kind, and they told us that there was a problem, that our registered payment did not appear, and even asked how the person who attended us was because it was suspicious that the money did not appear. The days they kept calling from the hotel, not so kind anymore, and we also received emails notifying the non-payment. In the end they ended up charging the entire value of more than 700 euros to the card you had given on the day of arrival at the hotel. This payment was a steal from us. Well, we'd paid before we got in.When we called the hotel we were mistreated. They told us we were on camera and you couldn't see it when we paid. And when we asked for evidence from the cameras, they said it was impossible to see it. We do not know if the money was stolen by the person who attended us at the entrance, nor do we explain how after so long they realize the mistake. The fact is that after more than a month it is impossible to have a payment receipt, besides that we also do not remember if they gave it. The hotel washes its hands. He charges us double. And they treated us lousy.We're still fighting to get him back.I hope my review serves the future guests so that no one else gets ripped off like us. I do not recommend the Hotel at all, NEVER PAY IN CASH. IT'S NOT A RELIABLE PLACE AT ALL. AVOID COMING HERE. WE WERE SCAMMED

The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from the party street and restaurants.It is fine to go to sleep and already, breakfast is buffet, but had little variety, supermarket pastries, brick juice and little else.My room was in the new part are fine, but it fails the pillows that are very low.But usually pretty good.

The room was damp, it seems shameful in a 4 star hotel to be staying there that night that you have to rent a bathrobe for 4 euros, almost half of the jets don't work, I feel cheated by the spa and it was too hot and the water very hot, the room was quite dirty, there was lint under the bed, the dryer holder had months of dust on it, a towel had a brown stain next to the toilet paper, the wall was stained brown, in short, a terrible experience

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Cangas de Onís. The hotel had onsite parking for a small fee although there was parking directly opposite.Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.Our room was clean and modern, nothing over the top but very comfortable. Bed was very good quality, ensuite bathroom had jacuzzi bath and shower.Very easy to find in the city and well placed for restaurants and bars. Very good place to stay if visiting the mountains of picos de Europa which are only 20 or so minutes away as is the coast.Great hotel in a great position
