Have no hesitation in staying here whilst visiting Oviedo. Modern building with fantastic staff who are very proud of their city, they are extremely helpful in advising god places to visit, eat and drink so that you can fully appreciate this lovely city. Comfortable bedroom , good reception areas and underground car parking. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent staff
05 Jan 2020
Excellent staff, very kind and helpful as usual. Prepared sofa-bed and baby cot for our kids. Excellent location and quality/price ratio. Heating (AC) system is user-unfriendly and faulty sometimes. Old bed frames and matresses.

Top of the Hill in Oviedo
23 Sept 2019
We visited this hotel excellently located down the block from the park and the peatonal center city where most of the important buildings, shopping, churches and restaurants are. The walk to all the action, and there was a lot of action the last night of the feast of San Mateo, September 21st, was a ten minute walk at most, but the walk back was all up hill. The hotel room was basic but comfortable (aside from the dearth of towels and soap), but the fact that you had to call the front desk to regulate the a/c, “let’s try 21 C now, 20 was too cold”, was disconcerting. It was always left at a stuffy 24, so you had to inch your way to a comfortable temperature, involving the front desk. The restaurant was excellent. The hot breakfast of eggs was made to order vs being in a buffet and the portions of everything were generous. There was always something extra included in what we ordered for dinner, and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. Be careful to specify if you want a continental breakfast only; they expect you to pay for full breakfast or go to the cafeteria next door, and the hostess doesn’t look before handing you the check. The pub at the corner of the hotel is also a great option for small bites. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good place, not good for children with buggies, wheelchair, old people
03 Aug 2019
Hotel is good, location is nearby the city center, staff is nice and rooms are good size and clean, maybe are getting a bit tired but good enough. Only problem is that there are many stairs to go to the lobby and breakfast room, therefore if you are travelling with wheelchair, babies on buggies or anyone with walking difficulties it may be a bit difficult. I would suggest to install ramps to make it easy.

garage
10 Jun 2019
No room for the car in front of hotel as blocked by touring buses. Garage hard to find. Only way from garage to hotel via walking outside in the rain with luggage. Reception staff friendly.Make room in front of hotel to park car and make it possible to drop luggage.

Dear guest,We want to thank you for spending part of your time sharing your experience at the hotel with us.We are very sorry for the possible problems caused by parking. We have a ford in the same door of the hotel so that our guests can unload their luggage, sometimes when we receive groups that parking is occupied by buses, but it is only punctual once the bus unloads, leaving the space free.We reiterate our sincere thanks for the trust placed in Ayre hotels.Best regards.Community Manager Ayre hotel Ramiro I
