  Poor quality and rip off pricing

  This has all the hallmarks of a hotel that’s in financial difficulties. It’s a relatively new hotel but the French windows have gaps round them and the shower doors don’t fit properly so every morning you follow your shower with a spell of mopping up.The fact that you can see daylight around the windows makes the insulation ineffective and the published house rule that ‘air conditioning should not be set to lower than 27 and heating not set higher than 19’ not only annoying but unachievable.They should simply give up on cooked breakfasts. The bacon was some horrible reformed stuff that neither tasted like bacon nor had a recognisable texture and the scrambled egg was obviously made from the ready mixed eggs and was made so far in advance that it had a skin on top. Nice fresh fruit saved the day because a very limited choice of cereals and bread that was bought on price rather than quality didn’t offer any reasonable possibilities.There was supposed to be a golf course but it was closed four years ago and the final straw was the swimming pool. One of the main reasons for my choice of hotel was the pictures of a really nice indoor swimming pool. We were travelling with my 7 year old granddaughter who loves to swim at least twice a day. The hotel charged €25 a time to use the pool for adults and €25 euro a time for children.Poor quality offer plus rip off pricing means that I will be avoiding this hotel in future and I strongly suggest that you avoid it too.

  Don’t recommend to come all the way. The reception is super unfriendly

  Don’t recommend it at all.No recomiendo!Muy mala receptionist-a! What a horrible reception!Wow what a horrible service, it’s pity. Because the place is quiet and they invested a lot for that place. I wouldn’t waste time and energy to come all the way, such an unpleasant receptionista. Que horrible servicio.

  Great hotel, disappointed about restaurant

  Hotel is very good, but I would not recommend the restaurant. Starter was excellent (3 langoustinas with carpaccio of viera). Then I had kind of steak, my husband had fabada asturiana. Both were not good, so we returned it after eating just a bit. We did not have to pay for this, which is OK, but like this it is not nice to go a restaurant.   Large modern hotel with comfortable rooms

  The hotel is good with a range of amenities but it is well away from the town centre. It looks as though there were plans to develop the area but they have not been completed yet. A good location for a conference rather than a holiday.

  Stayed for 3 nights the hotel is away from anything no shops or restaurants nearby. There is a couple of restaurants but it’s a good walk and fairly bad road to walk at night as there is no footpath. It’s at the top of a hill so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.Staff all seem ok no one really goes out the way to speak but there not rude they answered questions when asked just don’t get that friendly feeling from them. The food in the restaurant isn’t the best it was usually cold or warm at best. We had a set menu and on the first night it stated desserts but all they provided was a fruit bowl and yogurt. After a few guests complained they brought out some cakes but they were all frozen. Wasn’t impressed with the food at all. The room was ok, beds were made each day but things like soap, tissues, etc were not replenished. No waste bin in the room so we had to use a plastic bag and again it was never removed from the room so the rubbish was there for the whole stay.
