  A very good choice for a stay in the beautiful city of Oviedo.

  We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Vetusta. It was good value - a very clean room, a comfortable bed, very friendly staff. An excellent location, close to the park and the old town and within easy reach of the railway and bus stations.

  Cannot fault this hotel, the location is excellent and very close to old town. Rooms nice size and well appointed although maybe a set of drawers would be better. Staff are great and made us feel very welcome. The bar area is more like a cafe but again staff good and good choice of beverages

  Excellent location for everything in Oviedo central to all the siderias; easy Check-In, comfortable, spacious room, very clean, comfy bed and pillows, soft towels, air con, bar downstairs, good price, noon check out - what more do you need?

  Terribly disappointed

  We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Our original room was dark, dank and dirty. The carpet at the side of the bed had a large, white, flakey goo stain on it. The bedding was dishevelled. Also, the room WREAKED of artificial air freshener - so much so that we felt ill and then had to change rooms. The hotel lobby and elevator were dirty. The hotel staff were rude and appeared to speak little to no English. Our morning breakfast in the cafe at the front of the hotel was cut short by having to sit underneath the large screen television that blared so loudly that we had to shout in order to speak to one another. We were also served a snack with dirty cutlery. This was all a HUGE disappointment to us, as we were looking forward to staying here after evaluating reviews here on Trip Advisor. Two upsides of this hotel were that it was located in the city centre and that it was cheap.

  Very Well Locates

  This little hotel is very well located. The room was large and comfortable. A bonus was a bolster pillow. The en suite had a full size bath. The coffee shop on the ground floor had excellent coffee and snacks. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only down side was a bit of traffic noise.
