  Everything was very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the apartments are brand new, very clean and cosy, with a complete kitchen with everything you need to cook, great experience. The breakfast had plenty of food. Recommend!

  Leaking air con, unfriendly staff

  The room was hot, uncomfortable and smelled mouldy, when we turned on the air conditioner it leaked a lot, flooding the room. All the receptionist could offer us was a bucket to hold the leaked water. The prospect was to either sleep in a hot room or with the sound of intense dripping, plus the heavy traffic noise outside. No similar room on offer, no other solution or discount, and the staff was unfriendly throughout. We left and got a refund. It could have been avoided if the staff was more flexible and friendly.We found ourselves a room on Motel Cancun that same night, which was fantastic and saved the day.

  This hotel is just outside the business of town but has great character and the accomodations are clean and modern. The rooms are large and the price was great for a 3 star hotel. I would stay at this place again.

  Decent spot, few flaws

  This spot was pretty nice. They accommodated us well. One of the rooms we had was obviously a smoking room... however, we had booked non-smoking rooms. It was unfortunate as there were no other available rooms for the holidays. Parking wasn't a big deal and easy to find within a block of the entrance. The safe in the room didn't work and the staff tried to show us how to use it but they couldn't figure it out either.Overall, not bad for a place to sleep kinda deal.

  All was good except the smell of cigarettes

  It was actually a pretty clean hotel with a refrigerator, nice shower, nice view, and a lift. The only downside was that it smelled like cigarette on another level. The staff at the hotel did offer a fragrance thing to reduce the smell, but there was only so much it could do. At night, I was overcoming a cold and had to step outside to avoid the smell of cigarettes as my spouse opened the windows to ventilate the room. I eventually stopped coughing after 2 hours. Other than that, the place was decent and they did have a restaurant. They were also kind enough to give us a key to reenter to hotel given that they closed a few hours on Christmas Day.
