  An option for a road trip to Avila

  The hotel is outside of the city and not near to the historical center.Room was big and clean.Receptions staff was not friendly, however far of being rude.The breakfast options is a little limited for a 4 stars hotel, but food has quality.Free car parking in the street was possible and easy.In a nutshell: If you go by car, it can be a good option to Avila, otherwise I don't recommend. A 4 stars hotel, but not on a higger level.

  Good location but not 4 star!!!

  This is a nice hotel with a very nice staff and nice rooms, however definitely this is not a 4 star hotel due to the fact that many services usually available in 4 star hotel, are not available there, e.g. ironing is not for free. Also breakfast could be more continental and variety of food including vegetables could be offered.

  Pro:- the suite setup with living and bedrooms is so spacious - the huge terrace outside is special - the building from outside looks stunning - easy to get into town center - friendly staffs- easy parking outside the hotel Contra:- breakfast was very standard without any special offers- the furnitures and beddings are kind out of date

  Handy location. Big rooms. Fairly hard beds & pillows

  Fairly large impersonal hotel with good and bad points. Every room is a suite. Plenty of space and with 2 comfortable easy chairs in the room. Large but fairly hard beds & long pillows. Beds still with sheets & blankets tightly made up. When will Iberian hoteliers wake up to duvets and normal pillows?Free parking available right in front of the hotel. If needed, a covered garage is available at a charge. Shopping centre with supermarket and food court next door. Bus stop around 100 metres away with very regular buses into the town centre. Some of them do a circular route. Tickets 1 euro. On balance :Average.

  I agree with those who say it's "just for the night", because this hotel is nowhere near the city. Since we were on a trip by car and started our day in Sevilla, with the intention of getting as close to Segovia as possible, this hotel was perfect for us, being very easy to navigate to, and they do have a private parking which is underground and very spacious (the only one I easily manoeuvred in..).The rooms are very big, spacious, spotless, with all necessary amenities. I personally would have preferred a regular shower over the ones they have - with the jets and all the thing-a-ma-jings... but it was fine.Breakfast was much less than any other hotel we stayed in, but I suspect it's because it was Sunday morning and all was on lower key.The shopping center nearby is very nice, they have some fast food and a huge supermarket where you can buy food for your dinner and eat in your room. All in all, for the night stay and being with a car, this was just what we needed, and compared to the what you get, the price was very good.
