Hotel is quite far from the town of badajoz so you need a car but parking isn’t always great . The staff at reception are nice . The rooms are spacious but there are no complimentary items such as you generally expect like tea , coffee , and bathroom goods - this is a 4 star hotel apparently . The hotel on the outside needs some general maintenance when you look closely and the balcony on our room had broken tiles . Overall it was okay for a night stop over but glad I wasn’t staying longer

Shocking Meal & Customer Service 🤬

Hotel is very tired and in need of urgent maintenance. Have stayed in better hotels rated one star ⭐I also order a burger meal and when it arrived it was 90% raw and uncooked. This is unacceptable from a chef working at this level of hotel. If you can't cook a burger,you can't even be called a cook and should be no where near a professional kitchen .When the burger came back around 15 minutes later, it was steaming hot from the microwave and a shocking waste of money. The fries on the side returned completely cold, again totally unacceptable. Needless to say, there was no apology, no refund or no offer of an alternative food. This is a great example of an abysmal level of customer service and from someone who will never use this hotel chain again in the future.Do us all a favour and sack the chef!!

Stop over on way from Algarve to Bilbao

We were travelling back to Britain from Algarve and stayed here for one night en route. We had our dog with us. He was made a real fuss of by the staff. The receptionist was very friendly and was very apologetic that dogs were not allowed in very many areas. Apparently they are making changes and next summer there will be areas where dogs are allowed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. As a stop over we had no complaints at all.

Lovely hotel but…..

A lovely hotel but the balcony had no furniture, I have never stayed at a hotel that has a balcony but nowhere to sit, very very odd, all rooms were the same, I think maybe they don’t want you to sit and drink your own drinks and want you to buy them from them, also there is no bar as such you buy drinks from the restaurant which is also a bit strange for a 4 star hotel.

A tired and dirty hotel with a rude member of staff

My daughter and I tried to check into the hotel and instantly the receptionist asked for my identification. I gave him my driving license and he shouted at me that this is not identification and then continued shouting at me in front of other guests and my daughter. He was incredibly rude and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I asked for the manager and he replied that he is relaxing at home. We were then given the worst room in the hotel facing a back street, the tiles on the balcony were cracked and unsafe and the hallway carpet was like a nightclub after not cleaning it for a year. I am furious to how we were treated. None of this was necessary.

Dear Richard,Thank you for leaving your comment. I am sorry if at any time you felt that your colleague raised his voice at you, but according to what he told us, this was not the case. He explained to you that a passport is required for your stay and you did not even have your daughter's identification.Regarding the room situation, the standard rooms are all the same, but some face the interior of the hotel or others face the outside of the street, which is where you would be assigned, but this does not mean that the room is of lower quality.
