  The hotel is at a perfect place. Parking is very good. Rooms are beautiful. Only a little bit noisy.   Pleasant Merida stop over

  Very nice hotel/resort in the outskirts of Merida, good place for a resting time between long car rides along that region of Spain. Good parking, pleasant swimming pool, enjoyable breakfast. Aside from resting, Merida offers a lot of historical sights and a joyous old town for evening drinks and dinner .   Bedroom a dump..Price a rip off

  The bedroom I was allocated was dirty looking, smelly and had a big aircon unit for the kitchen...massive blocking any view whatsoever. I have stayed in better Hostel bedrooms for 60 euros rather than this 4 star bedroom for 200 euros. An absolute rip off José María Valadés Pacheco, General Manager at Ilunion Las Lomas, responded to this review Hi Mr Malcolms. We don´t undertand why if you were not confortable in the hotel, you didn´t tell us your problems during your stay.The price is according to demand. Best regards

  Expectations exceeded!!

  The hotel is located in a quiet area 1km outside of Merida. The facilities are very good, parking is available, the pool is very good and has plenty of space and after miles of visiting the city, the pool felt really good. Wheelchair accessabilites available. Will stay there again if returning to Mérida.   Let down by poor bathroom fittings and Tv when everything else looks good quality.recent renovation to a very good standard let down by cost cutting in certain areas.
