    Really beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff was always kind, helpful, and very professional, always ready to assist you. The location is also excellent: convenient for exploring Barcelona, with everything within easy reach.

    Placed perfectly - but no where near 4 stars. We had looked forward to visit the pool - but that area was under construction - but we were not informed, so we could have chosen differently. House cleaning did not fill up soap, coffee etc., and somebody stole jewellery from our room/suitcase. No response from the hotel despite written complaint... somewhat disappointing.

    The staff are incapable to work in the hotel business. The “manager” is a rude woman. “Customer service” is unknown to them. The hotel also stinks of sewage the second you walk through the door. I have never experienced worst attitude and service

    The location was excellent but the rooms and hallways are very tired and in need of paint and detailing and air conditioning in the rooms is loud. The breakfast was decent but very crowded, I wouldn't book again.

    Good hotel but beware!!!!!! Left our luggage as room wasn't ready, when we got back one of the bags was missing containing one passport and paperwork. No notices to say left at risk, staff did what they could but NOT a one off. Keep everything with you as we spent the week sorting things out. Please be careful.
