  Front desk, five stars! Beautiful grounds

  I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in 13 years. I have to start by Saying the rooms look the same, which is not a good thing they need updating. The hotel is now showing signs of wear especially in the rooms. The housekeeping, is wonderful!!!! They do an amazing job, keeping it sparkling and they really customize my stay with my requests! . They have a blow dryer from the 1950s that you actually have to hold down to use which is shocking for a five star hotel. now onto the good things the staff is wonderful. They are so kind. I only had one issue with one girl. I don’t know her name she was Young worked in the morning for breakfast. She needs much more training for this five star Industry. She gives me a cappuccino with no sugar or a spoon you don’t put salt and pepper on the table I have to ask . 20 minutes just for water. I dined in the restaurant most things are very good a few so so . He’s a wonderful chef. But I think it’s time to get some new ideas. The spa is nice loved the pool! Great for laps in the am ! The steam room was a little weak definitely not as hot as most. But the front desk staff is really fabulous. The ladies are amazing. I think in order for me to come back there will have to update the rooms. The air conditioning panel fell off a few times during my stay! lol ! The hotel is small enough where it should be easy to maintain.   A disappointing experience despite the stylish design.

  The hotel may look great on the surface, but the service was absolutely terrible. From start to finish, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful — everything about the experience felt like they simply didn’t care if guests ever returned. I definitely won’t.   Terrible experience

  This is definitely not a five star hotel!! 1) The staff was very rude.2) Corridors didn’t have the carpets and you could hear people walking.Also extremely uncomfortable bathroom. 3) Very thin walls and noise.4) Room was very small and old.No not book this hotel if you don’t want to waste your money.   Worsted 3 star hotel

  This is the worsted hotel I have been, it’s not luxury and even not 5 stars hotel, maximum 3 star hotel. We booked 2 rooms in this hotel, after check in we tried to negotiate with hotel refund, because it’s very old, rooms are in worst condition, I will post photo and video of this hotel which we have. In the room was too cold (we was with a baby), in bathroom there was anywhere fungus and small bugs was running there around. Price they charged per night was 700 eur per night, and they don’t want to refund sum!!! We was there 2 hours and blocked another 5 star hotel which is really 5 stars. As for the refund, we processed the refund for your reservation from the 22nd to the 26th, adhering to the 48-hour cancellation policy, once we received confirmation of the transfer made a day prior. Unfortunately, the rest of the reservation could not be refunded as it was during a major congress and was booked under a non-refundable rate.We regret that we could not meet your expectations this time and hope you will give us another chance to provide a better experience in the future.

  Wonderful experience. We loved the entire experience here. Super friendly and helpful staff. They are as helpful or as hand off as you wish. We prefer hands off. Our suite with terrace and hot tub was super comfortable. All information requested was acted on. Our gastronomical experience at the restaurant was one of the best experiences we have had in Spain and we have had many. The spa and pool was amazing for us as there was always availability. This hotel is understated, zen and not for everyone but that’s why we loved it. Will be back. Good local restaurants nearby.
