    Good choice for central sightseeing stays.

    Great location and delightful staff. Room was clean and adequate for my purposes. Breakfast was filled with typical European choices. Traveling solo, I felt entirely secure. Would definitively return and would recommend for first time travelers who want central location. Almost all of the major sights within walking distance although I might rethink my decision to walk to Park Güell. Mass transit choices very close to hotel. I stayed there for a week and was pleased.     Very deaf friendly and serve us warmly and helpful. Let us leave our suitcases while we walked around in cool Barcelona. Coffee treat was great.     The hotel overall is lovely, with a beautiful atmosphere and attentive service. However, we would especially like to highlight the kindness and hospitality of the bartender, Lira. She truly made my wife’s birthday incredibly special and unforgettable.Lira is such a warm, welcoming, and dedicated person. From the moment we arrived, she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and celebrated. Her genuine friendliness, attention to detail, and positive energy created a memorable experience for us.     A pleasant and welcoming hotel in Barcelona

    The Balmoral Hotel in Barcelona is located centrally but not to close to the rush and roar of the tourist hub. Just a short (and interesting) walk away, the staff are exceptional with all of them being very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and recently refurbished and is really close to the metro.
