  Stay away from them!

  First they changed the room a few days before our arrival and we had to move to another apartment, which is nearer to the car park, which was at first nice. But we need to pick up the keys with a code in a box at the former apartment. No problem, I got the keycard and we got into the hallway. But we didn't receive the key for the apartment itself. It was friday evening and we couldn't reach anyone by phone. Even the neighbours had sympathy and offer to use their toilet. After over half an our someone picked up the phone, they tried to organize the key and we had to call several times until we got the final statement, that someone is on his way. After almost 3 hours in the hallway someone came. We lost the whole evening in Barcelona!!The apartment's kitchen is a joke, better eat outside. The apartment was not as shown in the pictures, not comfortable at all. Shower had no door, whole bathroom was flooded and there is plenty of mould at the door - disgusting. Actually we wanted to watch soccer, but the TV was not working at all. After the stay I asked the office for any compensation for the first evening and they said I don't have to pay the taxes of round about 30 Euros. But I've already paid the taxes in advance and had to prove it (very unprofessional). The office promised to get a refund and after 2 month of no answer, I asked again for any compensation and the manager said, that he won't give any partial refund (although we never talked about a partial refund).STAY AWAY FROM THEM:disgusting bathroom, uncomfortable apartment, bad kitchen equipment (for example no towel for drying the dishes, ...), worst organisation (key were missing) and no client-oriented communication concerning any compensation. Don't get fooled by the low price...

  Not worth the money in any way

  We booked this for 6 people to stay for our vacation in Barcelona It was pricey but we wanted an apartment for 6.It’s at least a 20 minute walk from the nearest bus stop to anywhere. It’s not a comfortable or safe walk to any tourist attraction. The kitchen and bathrooms are good.The rooms are stuffy with no ventilation except for the living room which served as the third bedroom with a broken sofa bed. The mattresses were hard and over used. It was like sleeping on springs. Air conditioning only in living room. When a fan was requested for one of the rooms they bought one and left it for us to put together even though we had no tools. We did it with a knife and it took two hours. There is. O communication between receptionists so if you ask someone something they won’t get back to you. When you ask the next day the other one will say ‘no one told me’.Really not worth a penny.

  This is a very nice apartment with space for 6 people.The streats around it are good, with supermarkets, and some coffees.2 bedrooms and the sofa in living room are enough for holidays during a weekend.I recomend this place to stay in Barcelona

  A group of us stayed here for 2 nights. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. A big double bedroom and a suitable twin room with a big double sofa be in the lounge if you needed it. Rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. Have to have a good powerful shower and this was just that. Balcony and furniture if you wanted it, view isn't great but we spent little time in the room. For the price you cannot really complain.

  A clean apartment in quiet area of Barcelona.

  After our initial difficulty of find the reception to check in ..... we were in 98 and reception at 140. 2 blocks away. We were pleasantly surprised with our apartment. A nice, clean and airy apartment. Great amenities including a washing machine. We paid for the breakfast which was served in a bakery 3 blocks from where we were staying. A wonderful breakfast, fantastic value for money and friendly helpful staff. Only downside of stay was that shower head was broken so could not hang on wall and bin and towels not changed through 5 day duration of our visit. Even though would still highly recommend.
