Location

This apartment building is located just steps away from Palau Güell, constructed by the world-famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, and is just a few metres from the emblematic Las Ramblas. Plaza Real is also just a couple of minutes away on foot. This area is home to most of Barcelona’s tablaos, restaurants, bars and clubs for all tastes. The statue of Christopher Columbus and the port can be found at the end of Las Ramblas, while at the top of Las Ramblas guests will find the stately Lyceum Theatre, the Saint Joseph Market or La Boqueria, and Plaza de Catalunya. The whole of Barcelona is just a stroll away. The nearest metro stations include Drassanes (L3), Liceu (L3) and Parallel (L3 and L2). Numerous buses are available from Las Ramblas. The harbour, a 5-minute walk away, offers cruises to all Mediterranean ports and to the Balearic Islands. The RENFE train station is located under Plaza Catalunya, where guests can find trains and buses to Barcelona International Airport (20 km away).

Facility

14 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a transfer service, a smoking area and a roof terrace. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The apartment complex has family rooms and 14 non-smoking rooms.

The sports and entertainment facilities at the complex ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including cycling/mountain biking and a gym.

    BED BUGS!!!

    BED BUGS!!! Do NOT stay here! We were covered in bites within days of staying there and found a massive infestation (documented by photos). The manager refuses to return our money despite the property being uninhabitable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    Location is simply unbeatable!In less than 3 minutes you will be walking in Ramblas and in case you prefer not to walk, metro is located also less than 3 minutes way.I contacted the property few Days before arrival and got codes for self check in. Super easy!Regarding the apartment itself, it was spacious enough for 5 persons, clean and well equipped.Even provided with unexpected equipment such as safe box and hair dryer.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona in the future.Thank you for a great stay!

    Perfect for our family holiday

    We have loved this property because of the comfort of the apartment and of the location. It is literally steps away (2 minutes) from Las Ramblas and from the beautiful port area. The staff was really friendly and helped us with our numerous requests such as booking tours in the city or some extra towels that we needed. It was great and I am recommanding it to all of my friends!

    Hard to find a more convenient / happening location in Barcelona, at a better price and providing such cozy and authentic apartments. We were thrilled to stay here! not only was in comfortable but beautiful and clean, while the staff... this guys were just super friendly and helpful. A pitty we didn't have time to sit back and relax in their terrific indoor terrace...Next time we are in Bcn, we´ll for sure try to repeat accommodation at this place. Thanks guys!

    We arrived at the apartment only to find no one there to let us in. Even though I had emailed them ahead of time to advise them of our arrival time and received an email back advising us to go to the apartment. If not for the lovely shop owner next door I don't know what we would have done as we did not have a phone. She called twice for us before getting the entry code and the 2 lock box codes for inside to retrieve our keys. Plus one lock box was empty which meant we only had one key to work with. This seems to be a common occurrence as the shop lady was upset that she constantly was asked to call for other travellers . What would we have done if she was not there and it was 5:30 P.M! This was Wednesday night and no one came to the office till Saturday! Even though they were suppose to be there daily. Thursday the same thing was happening to a women who I met outside the apartment trying to get her entry information.Definitely avoid booking with this company .
