  Very disappointing experience

  We absolutely do not recommend this hotel.During our stay, we experienced two very unpleasant situations regarding housekeeping. One day, nobody cleaned the room at all. The next day even after we had already informed the reception about the previous issue only one bed was made, the other one was left untouched, and the floor was not cleaned either.We reported this again to the reception, but the only solution offered was moving us to another room, which would have created even more inconvenience, especially considering we had an early flight the next morning and would have needed to repack and move all our belongings.Overall, the situation was simply unacceptable and chaotic.What is especially concerning is that both incidents happened during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), which gives the impression that on weekends the hotel operates without proper supervision or management control. Reception informed us that management would only be available on Monday, and unfortunately this was very noticeable in the level of service and organization.Additionally, the room design itself is terrible in terms of privacy. The shower and toilet have transparent glass doors and are located directly next to the bed. If you are staying in a double room, there is absolutely no privacy — you cannot comfortably shower or even use the toilet if another person is in the room. Honestly, we have experienced better privacy even in some hostels.Very disappointing experience overall.

  Excellent value for money.

  I was able to travel here on the 46 bus from Barcelona airport, complete with luggage, alighting at Amadeu Torner. The bus has clear signs for each bus stop. It took about 30 minutes and cost €2.90 which you can pay for by tapping your credit card. From there it was a short walk using Google Maps. The hotel is on an industrial estate but had everything I needed. It is beautiful and my bedroom was lovely, especially for what I paid. It had a kettle and 2 sachets of coffee plus 2 tea bags (mint tea and green tea). If you want proper tea, bring teabags. I was able to buy milk at the bar. Javier on reception was very helpful. I ate in the restaurant, which opens at 8pm, and enjoyed a wonderful seafood risotto. I had a really good nights sleep, which is rare for me. Breakfast was included and is served until 10am and is buffet style. It had a very good selection of food. Checkout is at 12.00. I would definitely stay here again, pre cruise.

  Not really a 4 star hotel. It’s an odd setup. The reception looks like it’s stuck in corner of a corridor. Rooms feel like they are in a prefabricated portacabin. Clean but not quite. This is a transit hotel for business workers. The breakfast is not good. The cooked option looks good but unfortunately is stone cold on the plate. We got back to the hotel after being out for the night and the bar was closed at midnight.   Cannot fault out stay

  Got an Uber from the airport to hotel. Was only a 15 minute drive. Area looks very run down. Everywhere around it was a massive building site. Hotel is very close to the metro with easy access to the main city. Has local shops and a mall called Gran Via in a 5 minute walking distance. We arrived at 1pm but check in wasn’t until 3pm. Went to ask to leave the suitcases at reception until check in but they informed us we could already go to our room. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Throughout the stay, all staff were kind. Breakfast buffet was actually really tasty. Had a range of food from cooked breakfast items, bread, mini baguettes, selection of cheese, fruit, yogurt, granola, cereals, coffee machine and pastries. They were constantly being topped up. Pool isn’t overly big. It has 6-7 loungers that were always taken and pool was very cold. Luckily we didn’t go for a relaxing holiday in the pool so that didn’t bother us. 100% would return to the hotel and can’t fault our stay.   Bathrooms are Weird

  The rooms and beds were really comfortable and it was nice and quiet. However the design of the bathrooms are not great. Everything is out in the open. There’s a huge lack of privacy and if you’re travelling with friends or family, it’s pretty awkward at times! Breakfast was also really good!
