  Reception needs a shake-up

  The hotel is in a great position, rooms are large, needs updating but having said that it was clean, and comfortable. The real negative for us though was the position of our room. We were given room 713 (do not accept this room) and found out at 6.30am the first morning we were right below the breakfast restaurant. For 3 hours all we heard was scraping of chairs, banging of whatever etc... When I mentioned this to the person on reception (Claudio) - he dismissed me immediately saying it must have been a suitcase being rolled down the corridor. It was ABOVE our room I said. He then said they were at capacity and he could not move us. A really negative response, and definitely not good customer service.

  Stayed a couple of nights here. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and our room was clean, however there was a bit of a musty smell in the room and it was quite warm, had to open the balcony door every time I got back from outside. There were zero equipment in the kitchen; no plates, spoons, cups or a kettle, that was a little disappointing.   Don’t be deceived

  This place was not at all what I had expected. The AC BARELY works, our room smelled like cigarette smoke and it didn’t go away. We had a room with 2 people and there was only one towel in the bathroom. We asked the attendant down stairs for an extra and said that it would be under the sink, we proceeded to ask for another just to have an extra and he said to check the bathroom first and them let him know! For the price you pay it is not worth it at all! We left the next day and went somewhere else.   Great hotel to explore Milan

  The hotel is a great place to stay at and explore Milan. It is close to 2 metrolines and trams. The room was very clean and comfortable, including everything you need. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with a great view from the roof top of the building. There are great pizza retaurants in 5 minutes.   I would give zero stars if possible. I stayed here for business and the client made the reservation. This is NOT a business hotel. It is a residence hotel. They billed both the client and me the full amount for the stay and they haven’t refunded my money. I am in the process of disputing the charges. You can find somewhere else to stay. This is not the hotel you want to stay at.
